Marvelous, gorgeous hotel and property! The staff is incredible, helpful, kind, and joyful! The restaurant and pub, both on the property, are delicious! The staff at both were kind, helpful and phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! There is also a metro/tram stop (Weilizcka Park) beside the hotel (a 5 minute walk), which made it easy to travel to/from Krakow without a car. There is also a wonderful grocery store, Market Point near the hotel as well. You will LOVE staying here—calm and peaceful area.

El hotel es muy agradable, bien mantenido y con un diseño inusual, lo que lo hace muy original. El personal del hotel es muy útil y amable. El hotel tiene un gran parque de coches y un acceso conveniente. Bellas nuevas aperturas - como hemos encontrado- SPA. Para nosotros, fue una estancia muy agradable y probablemente volveremos.

Me gusta la ubicación, a sólo 15 minutos de la antigua ciudad, y cerca del mercado local. Las habitaciones son limpias y nuevas, con cocina sencilla hace que la estancia sea más fácil, el personal es muy amable, el edificio está cerca del edificio de la residencia estudiante del mismo operador, y es muy tranquilo. También hay un gran jardín privado, le gustará en buen tiempo.

Location is perfect. Really nice place just next to old town and town was pretty. Hotel building can feel the history. Air conditioning working well. Room was clean and people is nice with delicious breakfast buffet. From 7:00am - 10:00am. And check out time is wonderful till 12:00pm. But 1 thing, wifi connection is not good. This is hurting point. Hope can be improved next time :)

We arrived very early in Krakow & were able to leave our bags 1st thing in the morning to go & explore. Location very close to old town & a comfortable 5/10 mins walk. Our 1st night was not great due to other guests making a lot of noise. We mentioned this in the morning & were lucky enough to be moved to a different room which was perfect 😊the breakfast was lovely & varied & I was over the moon to have a Greek salad one morning! It maybe a good idea to label a couple of the dishes that are not familiar to the British, as I like to try different foods but came unstuck with one of the items which was very fishy! Maybe my own fault for trying 🙃
