En realidad, estaba bastante impresionado con mi estancia. Tenga en cuenta que esta es una carretera, propiedad presupuestaria, así que no vaya a esperar lujo y clientele de lujo. Es realmente una ciudad de carretera para camiones y personas que pasan por buscar un buen precio. La habitación estaba limpia y muy bien mantenida. Hay algunas deficiencias aquí y allí, otra vez esta es una propiedad presupuestaria. Si bien tenía una estadía tranquila, puedo imaginar cuando la propiedad está llena, dependiendo de la multitud, podría llegar un poco alto. Pude oír a la gente hablar mientras pasaban por mi habitación. No me molestó porque el ruido blanco de la aire acondicionado. La gente del frente estaba bienvenida y me quedaría aquí si pasara por ahí.

I am convinced all the hotels at the north end of this freeway exit are owned / managed by the same people...charge you the full rate while offering the bare minimum elsewhere i.e. in this case in mid-August the pool was closed...as was the air conditioned lobby. AFTER I checked-in I was told there was no water and since it was a ”city issue” they had no idea of if and when it would come back on...it never did by the time I left the following morning. Of course it would never occur to these people in ”the hospitality industry” to offer ANYTHING to benefit the guest due to the inconvenience. Not surprisingly it was up to me to follow-up upon returning home as to any refund. I was informed the city would be reimbursing everyone at each hotel impacted by the no water issue. Two billing cycles later on my credit card and no refund yet. A call to the hotel and I was told ”all people have been refunded.” Note: It is a game I am sure they play all the time...don't tell anyone there is a refund(because there isn't) and if someone asks, tell them refunds come from the local government and / or refunds have been issued. Hence I have now created a dispute claim with my credit card company which hopefully end in my favor...BUT no thanks to the hotel itself...they don't care about you or your experiences...they only want your money.
