Very spacious and just nice for 7 adults. With 2 toilets and 1 bathroom available. Walking distance 15 min from keisei koiwa station. Overall very good.

I love how big the place was, and the facilities around the place were very accessible. Would come back again if I could.

這次東京之旅住了五晚民宿，地點在池袋，方便 ，離車站有十五分鐘左右，購物算方便，附近2分鐘有family Mart ， 民宿新淨， 除了不提供 牙刷之外，都有沐浴露，洗衣液，毛巾等，非常喜歡有陽台，可以每天洗衫晾衫，下次去也會考慮。

Muchas personas viajan muy bien para ～ El equipo de reserva debe estar completo. La única desventaja pequeña es que sólo hay un cuarto de baño. Los amigos viajan por muchos personas para quedarse en el lugar desconveniente, la higiene en general limpia, sólo una parte de la esquina es más polvo. La autoayuda de check-in/check-out es conveniente, pero el tiempo de check-in es más tarde, el tiempo de salida es un poco más pequeño, pero la velocidad de respuesta del servicio al cliente es rápida y educada, la experiencia de servicio global es buena 👍 Hay supermercados cerca de la zona residencial, etc., y las funciones básicas de la vida son completas, pero sólo el coche ordinario de la Línea de Peking puede llegar, el transporte no es muy conveniente, pero también es posible.

Great location and walkable distance from shibuya station. Toilets with locks but no locks for the bathroom. Soap in bathroom but no soap in the toilet. It’s a bit weird. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Yet, there is also no curtains for the room in the basement. Though it is not too bright in the morning but if you want an all dark environment, this is a problem.

The host is helpful and fast respond . The house is beautifully renovated and home sweet home stay.

El hotel tiene una piscina muy agradable, una piscina muy agradable y una piscina muy agradable. Localización sabia se encuentra en la periferia de Tokio, lo cual es bueno si usted está conduciendo y desea un sabor de estilo de vida suburbano en esta metropolitana. Si conduce un vehículo grande como el MPV, informe al propietario y se hará un acuerdo para que parque en el taxi que está situado junto a la propiedad.

I really enjoyed this place. It’s located in a working class neighborhood of Tokyo, northeast of the Tokyo Sky Tree (A19/20 on the Toei Asakusa Metro line). Once we figured out the Toei Asakusa became the Kieki-Ku line, it wasn’t much work to get there. I enjoyed the ambiance of the neighborhood being very uniquely Japanese. The house is large for Tokyo standards and split into 3 levels - bottom small foyer and laundry, 2’d floor was living room and kitchen, and top floor was sleeping quarters with 4 beds stacked like a Japanese tatami situation & small bathroom in the corner. It worked charmingly for our family of four with 2 adults and 2 tweens. It was especially fortuitous to have laundry in the Tokyo summer, when you’re out walking/shopping/eating all-day. We would 100% recommend staying here, when in Tokyo. I loved getting up early and running along the river and across the many bridges & crossings. The restaurants are local and homey, and the people couldn’t be more friendly. It’s a house, not a hotel so set your expectations. If you require room turnovers or removal of trash, you need to do it yourself. However, I felt really close to living like a Tokyo family and this place really hit the spot for us.

Three bedrooms, good facilities ,nice location,not far from convenince store .... quiet surrounding ...good for family but have to walk in the alley .... no parking space but still the best for us

La estancia fue fantástica, ya que está limpio y el tamaño de la habitación es bueno para mi familia de 3. Me gusta que el inodoro y la ducha estén separados, así como que la habitación tenga lavadora (lavadora y secadora). Lo recomendaré a amigos o familiares. El único inconveniente es que la ubicación no está cerca del metro, aunque se puede ir andando a la estación más cercana, y no hay mesa para comer para llevar o
