Very spacious and just nice for 7 adults. With 2 toilets and 1 bathroom available. Walking distance 15 min from keisei koiwa station. Overall very good.

I love how big the place was, and the facilities around the place were very accessible. Would come back again if I could.

El transporte es realmente conveniente, aunque no es una estación famosa, pero cuatro y ocho, muy cerca de la tienda de cajeros, la tienda de cajeros y la tienda de pasteles. La habitación está muy cómoda, muy limpia, puede comprar comida y cocina por sí misma. Hay un supermercado en el centro y la estación de salida. La estación está a 5 minutos a pie de la residencia. Hay un gran supermercado OK cerca. En el aeropuerto, se sienta a pocas paradas hasta el sol, y al aeropuerto de Tian. Hasta ahora, la población más barata en viajes a Japón.

Si conduce un vehículo grande como el MPV, informe al propietario y se hará un acuerdo para que parque en el taxi que está situado junto a la propiedad.

Апартаменты 10/10. Все соответствует фоткам. Очень чисто, просторное помещение, широкая кровать, 4 удобных подушки (они иногда бывают будто сеном набитые). Находится в 5 минутах от метро. В квартире все супер продумано, чувствуется внимание к деталям (даже липкий ролик был). Короче идеальный выбор. Однако настоятельно рекомендую повесить в прихожей зоне зеркало в полный рост, так как на все пространство оно только в ванной, и перед выходом даже не посмотреть как ты выглядишь, тем более что места там достаточно, чтоб добавить его туда.

I really enjoyed this place. It’s located in a working class neighborhood of Tokyo, northeast of the Tokyo Sky Tree (A19/20 on the Toei Asakusa Metro line). Once we figured out the Toei Asakusa became the Kieki-Ku line, it wasn’t much work to get there. I enjoyed the ambiance of the neighborhood being very uniquely Japanese. The house is large for Tokyo standards and split into 3 levels - bottom small foyer and laundry, 2’d floor was living room and kitchen, and top floor was sleeping quarters with 4 beds stacked like a Japanese tatami situation & small bathroom in the corner. It worked charmingly for our family of four with 2 adults and 2 tweens. It was especially fortuitous to have laundry in the Tokyo summer, when you’re out walking/shopping/eating all-day. We would 100% recommend staying here, when in Tokyo. I loved getting up early and running along the river and across the many bridges & crossings. The restaurants are local and homey, and the people couldn’t be more friendly. It’s a house, not a hotel so set your expectations. If you require room turnovers or removal of trash, you need to do it yourself. However, I felt really close to living like a Tokyo family and this place really hit the spot for us.

Сначала дезориентировали письмами с требованием заполнить профили проживающих. Все заполнили, но письма продолжали приходить, заставляя нервничать. Все в целом хорошо. Фото дают представление о бОльшей площади, чем есть на самом деле. Места не так много. Лестница узкая и крутая. Чисто. Метро рядом. В общем, все понравилось.

Three bedrooms, good facilities ,nice location,not far from convenince store .... quiet surrounding ...good for family but have to walk in the alley .... no parking space but still the best for us

La estancia fue fantástica, ya que está limpio y el tamaño de la habitación es bueno para mi familia de 3. Me gusta que el inodoro y la ducha estén separados, así como que la habitación tenga lavadora (lavadora y secadora). Lo recomendaré a amigos o familiares. El único inconveniente es que la ubicación no está cerca del metro, aunque se puede ir andando a la estación más cercana, y no hay mesa para comer para llevar o
