Words can not express how much we loved this hotel from the wonderful host Elisabeth and her staff to the beautiful hotel itself. We have stayed at many hotels of the years, but this is a special place that has been lovingly restored and every tiny detail has been carefully thought about. The bedroom was stunning with everything you could possibly need, the view was incredible, but what really blew us away was the ambiance and beauty of the building itself. The restaurant was stunning and we loved the candles burning in every crevice. Elisabeth you have created perfection, we will be back next year for sure and again and again after that. Thank you for a fantastic stay. And I hope the sofa recovered after my slight mishap :)

We spent two nights in the hotel and had one dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the meal and were very impressed with the quality and decor of the hotel / room as well as the excellent meal. Infrared sauna and air conditioning in our room made it even better. Highly recommended.

One of my best stays till date! For the price we paid the amenities, service and staff were fantastic. Food is to die for and the room was Uber chic. Totally recommend for anyone looking for a first class holiday

Dieses Hotel stornierte meine Buchung, die ich mehrere Wochen zuvor über ******* getätigt hatte, einfach drei (!) Tage vor Anreise, OHNE jegliche Begründung und ohne Kontaktaufnahme zu mir. Ich erhielt nur eine kurze Email von *******, dass sich das Hotel weigere, die Buchung durchzuführen (ohne Begründung). Kurz vor Ostern also ohne Hotelbuchung, musste ich drei Stunden mit der Hotline von ******* (auf englisch) verhandeln, um noch ein anderes Hotel zu bekommen (hat zwar geklappt und war recht schön, aber weit entfernt von Villanders und für uns ungünstig gelegen). So etwas Unverschämtes habe ich in vielen Jahrzehnten des Reisens (zum Glück) noch nie erlebt. Nachdem das Hotel keinen Wert auf meine Anreise gelegt hatte, legte ich auch keinen Wert auf seinen Newsletter, der mir permanent zugesendet wird. Selbst die Abmeldung vom Newsletter wird aber ignoriert. Ganz gruselig und eher ein Fall für den Verbraucherschutz. In dem Hotel waren wir vor vielen Jahren schonmal, vor dem Re-Design. Damals sympathisch, heute wohl etwas "abgehoben". Von einer Buchung über Onlinedienste muss ich nach obiger Erfahrung jedenfalls dringend abraten, außer man steht auf Nervenkitzel und beherrscht die englische Sprache verhandlungssicher ;-)

On avait découvert ce lieu magnifique en septembre 2022 pour avoir superbement dîné dans son "Fine Dining restaurant" et cette fois-ci on a séjourné pour deux nuitées dans ce sublime hôtel sans oublier les deux dîners gastronomiques. L'hôtel est à couper le souffle tant pour ce qui des extérieurs- style manoir- qui datent du 15e siècle que les intérieurs aux charmes fous. Le lieu a été superbement restauré assez récemment avec grands soins et cohérence et marie à merveille les murs et vestiges anciens avec le confort et le luxe contemporains. Notre suite située dans la partie ancienne du manoir était parfaite: spacieuse, literie confortable, salle de bains très agréable, sauna privatif... Excellent petit-déjeuner servi dans une des nombreuses et si typiques "Stuben". Personnel aux petits soins à commencer par la sympathique Elisabeth, la maîtresse des lieux. Parking près de l'hôtel. Seul bémol: les espaces extérieurs sont limités (faute de place) à une terrasse certes très agréable...

Gemütliches Zimmer mit Sauna und Blick auf die Dolomiten, da ist ein tolles aufwachen am Morgen garantiert. Elisabeth als Gastgeberin ist einfach phantastisch und ihr wundervolles Team ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Die große Weinkarte sowie das mega Essen, waren für uns das reinste Vergnügen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir waren im Oktober mit Freunden für 6 Tage hier. Ein so herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin. Die Zimmer sind mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, da steht Wohlfühlen an erster Stelle. Hervorzuheben ist das ganze Team des Hotels, die mit so viel Herzblut ihre Arbeit machen, dass macht den Urlaub einfach perfekt. Die Küche ist regional und sehr gut, ebenso das Frühstück. Auch die große Weinkarte lässt keine Wünsche offen und Weinliebhaber haben ihre Freude daran.

Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis mit viel persönlicher Betreuung von Elisabeth und ihrem Team und natürlich exzellenten Essen und Trinken. Das Ambiente und die neuen Zimmer / Suiten sind super und die private Sauna ist klasse!! Durch die historische Architektur ist der Platz für Räder begrenzt, aber Elisabeth hat auch dafür eine Lösung gefunden!
