Wonderful to be in the centre although limited view of canals and happenings. Nice quiet corner and extremely easy to manage , secure access to our flat.
Newly refurbished , high standard of finishes and interior design for luxury comfort. Kitchen pantry likewise enjoyment to make coffee and have our light breakfast.
The only comment on the size of bathroom, shower is the shower door can only open 70% ( unit 23)) so would appreciate if establishment improved this to sliding door panel.
Just a short stay but would definitely recommend this property and also try the other Be mate properties in other cities.

El lugar más hermoso de todo nuestro viaje hasta ahora! Un apartamento absolutamente hermoso, cada detalle de diseño es Perfecto, la limpieza y los aménités impecables y mejor ubicación imposible! El servicio también fabuloso. Volveríamos una y mil veces!

Everything works flawlessly and exactly how you want a place to be. Very spacious room. All equipment works great, including fast and stable internet, great AC system with good control, and nicely equipped kitchen and washroom.

I booked the property based on reviews and pictures and it definitely did not disappoint. This is a great choice for tamiles. Even it may seem pricey, you get so much space and convenience. The property us centrally located to all the major tourist attractions. In addition, it has everything you will need for a pleasant stay: brand new, clean apar**ent, comfortable, beautiful rooms, a fully functional kitchen and laundry. Walk to the Rialto Mercado and buy food to cook at the apar**ent! We didn’t want to leave Venice because of the apar**ent! Definitely hit recommend it and hope we can come back in the future!

Amazing! Can’t fault it, read the reviews and it more than lived up to them. The building and apar**ent were beautiful. I miss sitting with my morning coffee watching the gondolas drift past below the window. The position is ideal, easy to walk to the main tourist attractions and transport links. Loads of local restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 5 unfortunately could only stay 1 night but this property was unbelievable great location the private taxi ride from the station was great we felt like vip we would definitely recommend staying here.
