En definitiva es mi hotel favorito en Vail, pero con esta última atención no estoy segura de regresar. El día de hoy llame al hotel preguntando si había olvidado un artículo y la chica que me tomó la llamada fue muy amable y verificando me indicó que si tenía el artículo que olvidé. Cuando llegue me salen con la sorpresa de que no tenían nada, y aunque se percataron de esto minutos después de que colgaron conmigo, no fueron para márcame a mi celular para avisar, así que maneje desde Denver a Vail, para nada. La respuesta de front desk fue simplemente un que pena y una disculpa. Estoy súper decepcionada del hotel, porque si desde un inicio me habrían dicho que no tenían nada, no hubiera manejado 4 horas en ir y venir. Espero valoren el tiempo de las personas y no den información incorrecta. De una linda estancia pasó a ser una molestia.
