I've been living here for about a month now and have settled in nicely. The owner is quite nice and despite not speaking a lot of English (he knows the basics), we always seem to communicate accurately. The building is fairly new, built in 2016 and the rooms are cozy. The beds are quite hard (but this is standard in Thailand) and something that can easily be rectified with a mattress topper if you're staying here long-term like me. It has helped my sleep quality dramatically as I prefer a soft mattress. If you're here only short term, the beds are quite big, I would say close to queen size and your body will adjust in a few days (mine did). The bathrooms are also very cozy and the shower has great pressure but the water goes everywhere. Don't be turned off by this though, as it's also quite common in Thailand. The showers also feature a tap. I never need to use the water-heater, and if you prefer cold showers, it's best to take them in the morning as the water gets warm naturally with the heat of the day. The rooms also feature a small balcony that has an outdoor sink (a huge perk for long-term dwellers like me). The AC is very good, but be warned, electric is 8 baht/unit and can add up VERY quickly if you aren't careful. Rooms on the right side of the building are generally cooler and consume less energy due to less sun exposure. If you do not have a car or motorbike, this place is a little off the beaten path, but is very close to town. To get to the nearest 7/11 or local market is about a 20 minute walk. There are also two local restaurants (both EXCELLENT) within ~.5km of the location. Overall, this place has really grown on me, I was pretty stressed out when I first got here so it took me a while to adjust. I love the owner, he is very sweet and always greets me in the morning (or whenever I see him outside). There is ample parking for motorbikes and about 6-7 designated spots for cars. There is also laundry on site for 20 baht/load. Dryers are not available, though. The nightly price seems more than fair for a relatively new building!

La habitación es grande y limpia. El AC está muy bien refrigerado, pero puede ser un poco ruido. El simple desayuno buffet (sopa de arroz y tost) estaba bien para el precio pagado. Buen café fuerte. Tengo una habitación doble con una cama de tamaño real. Un lado de la cama ha sacado primaveras, pero el otro lado está bien. Pero lo más molesto de este lugar es que tocan música alta a principios de la mañana (comienza alrededor 07.30 am) en el restaurante que se puede oír en las habitaciones.

รร ใหญ่ ห้องเยอะ ตึก 3 ชั้น 2 ตึก ห้องกว้าง ห้องน้ำกว้าง น้ำแรง ไวไฟแรงมาก มีราวตากผ้า ไม้แขวน อันนี้ดี หลายที่ไม่ทำ มีโต๊ะข้าว แอร์เย็น เข้ามาแรกๆ ห้องอับนิดนึง ต้องเปิดหน้าต่าง ไล่อากาศ การทำความสะอาดพอใช้ ผนังห้องเปื้อน มีอาหารตามสั่ง โทรสั่งได้ มีสระว่ายน้ำ สะอาดดค่าลงสระ 50 บาท รร อยู่นอกเมือง เงียบสงบ ราคา 450 บาท จองผ่านทริป 492 บาท 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ไม่น่าเลย แต่ทริปมีเหรียญคืนให้ ก็โอเค

La ubicación está en la autopista un poco fuera del centro de la ciudad. La habitación de la villa es grande, limpia y cómoda. El baño es muy grande. Hay ducha y baño. Pero es un diseño extraño, no hay cortina para separar la zona seca y húmeda. El bañón no ha sido compatible con la cuenca. Es tranquilo en el baño. Ella está equipada con escritorio, guardarropa y nevera en la habitación. Desayuno cerca del lobby. Serviron comida tailandesa y unas muelas de pan y salchichas. Es bueno. Muy buenos precios y servicio.

Este lugar es fácil de encontrar, cercano a la carretera principal y amplias habitaciones. La limpieza no es mala, si es en el tercer piso, el edificio tiene 3 pisos. Será un poco difícil porque no hay ascensor. Las instalaciones de la habitación no están mal. Hay hervidores, refrigeradores grandes, mesas, escalones 2 muy largos, puede sentarse y trabajar, acceso a Internet inalámbrico rápido de 3BB en la habitación y el baño no tiene un compartimento para mojado. El estacionamiento es un poco pequeño. No hay desayuno en general está bien, recomendado.
