La habitación es muy agradable y limpia. El hotel está muy bien. El desayuno es muy bueno y la calidad es buena. Le recomendamos a nuestros amigos. La ubicación es buena porque está cerca de la autopista.

Nos quedamos una noche en el hotel, y por la limpieza y el delicioso desayuno que David y Simon presentaron, mi familia y yo podíamos decir que nuestra estancia en Quebec sería una estupenda.

I cannot say enough about this hotel & it’s employees. We originally planned to stay 3 nights to move our daughter into her dorm room (U of Ottawa), which was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Due to some complications with our daughter’s dorm room we ended up having to extend our stay for one more night….and then one more night after that. Despite having to extend our stay twice, the staff was extremely accommodating and while we did have to move rooms once (our fault), the staff made sure that it was as seamless as possible, allowing us to stay in our old room until the new one was ready. Since we booked our room through an online hotel booking site, rather than through the hotel directly, we normally would have had to check out & then come back later in the afternoon to check into our new room (again completely our fault and decision). Thankfully Abdul from the front desk arranged for us to stay in our current room so we didn’t have to go through that hassle. As for the rooms themselves, they are great, very clean, comfortable, spacious, plus having a full kitchen AND a washer & dryer in the room was a huge benefit. We’ve stayed in several other hotels that offer ‘suites’, but they didn’t have the amenities or space this hotel offers. Having on-site underground parking was a bonus, especially considering the limited parking in this area & that there are several restaurants & stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful & never made us feel like we’re asking too much, whether it was asking for an extra coffee pack, directions/suggestions for restaurants or in our case moving room etc.,. The only thing we would change would be booking with the hotel directly, instead of using one of the online hotel booking sites as we unfortunately did. We didn’t save any money using the site & it would’ve made things a lot easier if we just booked directly with the hotel. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this hotel.

We've had the pleasure of staying here 7 times from July 2019 to this week (late May 2021). The staff, facilities, price, and comfort keep us coming back. We've enjoyed the hotel pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. Service has always been excellent and meeting safety standards. We've also enjoyed the gym and pool. Tuve una buena estadía en este hotel. El personal es agradable y pueden hablar inglés. La habitación está impecablemente limpia y la cama es muy bonita. El restaurante de los jotels ofrece deliciosa comida en buffet y precio asequible. El hotel también está situado en el corazón del centro de la ciudad, por lo que puede visitar fácilmente su atracción turística en trois rivière.

Estaba aquí mientras iba a MTL grand prix. Cerca de la autopista y la tienda de ventas, el personal hablaba bien inglés que fue agradable porque mi francés es mínimo. El cuarto tenía un jacuzzi, muy bonito adición. No tuvo oportunidad de usar el dibujo de agua, pero parecía divertido

Estoy tan excitado con mi estúpido estúpido en Montfort. La historia del magnífico edificio fue lo que nos sorprendió primero. Es sólo asombroso. Todo superó mis expectativas. La habitación era muy buena, pero no se trataba de una buena relación calidad-precio. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. No podía creer que estaba pagando lo mismo por esta estancia absolutamente perfecta que yo hice para cualquier otro hotel en nuestro viaje. Accesible. Confortable. Excelente!!

We comfortable room. Freshly renovated to modern day style. Very peaceful. We had room 27 which included a nice tv (not many channels and did not accept chromecast). Very happy with the instructions at reception. But I was not very happy on providing a piece of ID for both of us (something I sometimes forget, just so he can write both of our names down)...
