Let me tell you something, the internet was FAST here, HDMI cable and RJ45 plug available. We had a very nice view and the location is perfect. Only issue is the cleaning staff was very loud in the morning... Other than that, perfect!

Brand new hotel. Located downtown! Easy parking. Very safe space. Pool and jaccuzzi were a big hit for the kids! Restaurant Brasier was good with great service. We'll go back for sure!

Room and beds were comfortable. Restaurant was over-priced for meals that were so-so. Too much fragrance in the lobby/hallways (fortunately the room was okay).

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is okay. The carpet in the hallway is kind of smelly but the room and bathroom are very clean. Beds are comfortable.

Everything was easy from the underground parking to check-in. We ended up with a river view room! Just beautiful. Room is well equipped with products (bathing), Keurig coffee, comfy bed and hubby is thrilled with the TV.

A very welcoming front desk with services available in both French and English. The room was modern with a minimalist feel to it and it was very clean! It was centrally located in the downtown area of Trois-Rivières so many of the relevant points of interest were easily reachable. I will definitely stay there whenever I return to Trois Rivieres 😊😊

Location gréât, would prefer that thé bar/restaurent be open while waiting for room (only at 4 pm). And would be nice that thé bar/restaurent would stay open longer at night (exemple after thé show or évent are done)
