We visited the garden restaurant after a walk to the waterfall for coffee and cake. The garden restaurant is situated at the bottom of some steps and was pleasant. The waitress was initially friendly and as it was a very hot day we ordered black forest gateau and iced cappuccinos each, as thought they would be nice and refreshing. When the iced coffees arrived they were quite small in the glass (only about half full) - see photo before we tasted anything- and when my wife had a sip she realised it wasn't cold but was luke warm. I asked the waitress if we could have an icecube to cool it down but was told no, she didn't have any ice cubes (bear in mind this is a hotel!). We think maybe she just didn't want to walk upstairs to get any. Obviously the coffees were pretty undrinkable (they seemed to have been made with a hot coffee shot and room temperature milk). My wife had about 1cm of hers and I had less of mine. When we came to bill the coffees had been included even though there was obviously something wrong with them (as I had pointed out to the waitress when I asked for the ice cube). We questioned about the coffees and explained that they weren't iced coffees but tepid coffees. However the waitress just repeated that if we ordered them we have to pay for them. My wife hates any fuss so I reluctantly paid even though we couldnt drink them. The waitress had three opportunities to put the situation right after they sold something they obviously were unable to provide 1) provide an ice cube to cool down the drinks when we asked 2) noted that we weren't drinking the coffees and offer us a replacement 3) remove them from the bill. 3 wasted opportunities to do the right thing. We had been in Germany for 6 weeks up until then and had really positive experiences, unfortunately this happened on our last day and it isn't the image we want to take away. The black forest gateau was OK but I'm sure there are much better establishments in Triberg. I would love to hear back from the manager of this establishment.

La habitación es hermosa, bien renovada. Una agradable desayuno. A pocos pasos del cachondo, que es realmente muy hermoso. Encontramos acceso para el cachondo en el hotel. El pasillo y la recepción no fueron renovados y un poco viejo y muffin.

El desayuno era estupendo, nada menos que un hotel de cinco estrellas. El entorno que rodea al hotel es de primera, y las instalaciones internas también son muy características, especialmente los muchos detalles son muy cálidos, y se siente como en casa. El gerente de recepción es el mejor caballero alemán que he visto en mi vida y nos dejó una profunda impresión. Esta fue la parada más satisfactoria de este viaje, así que fue otro día.

Estabamos por una noche en el Oksen Hospital. Recepción muy amable, habitaciones se muestran con la indicación de que se puede tomar agua de cualquier tipo gratis del refrigerador. Me parece notable. En otro lugar se le gusta y se toma mucho dinero para ello. La habitación era muy limpia, suficientemente grande. Ducha muy bien con toallas maravillosas. La cena es simple, pero buena cocina. Las porciones también son suficientes y asequiblemente pagadas en caso de gran hambre. El desayuno es todo lo que el corazón desea. El bufete no es autoservicio, sino que todo lo hace el jefe en una mesa. Me encanta y también muy higiénico. Todo el personal y los propietarios son muy amables. Hemos sido amables con la historia de la vaca y hemos hecho buenas propuestas para las empresas que viven en el entorno, nos hemos disfrutado de esta estancia y seguro que volveremos. La única falta -y puede ocurrir- de una luz de iluminación indirecta estaba defectuosa y el encendido de la luz fue algo nervioso.

Pasamos un fin de semana muy bonito en FederWerk con 44 personas. El hotel es muy moderno. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias. Las instalaciones sanitarias son adecuadas para discapacitados y muy limpias. El restaurante nos ha desnudado con deliciosos 3- y 4-Gang-Menüs. Como servicio especial podíamos comer en medio de nuestras hojas sagradas. Todos estaban entusiasmados! El personal era muy amable y profesional.

Alemania no puede vivir en 100 hoteles, y este hotel también está reservado con la actitud de intentar. El jefe es muy entusiasta y educado, ordenó una comida de carne, el sabor es muy bueno, la variedad de desayuno es muy rica, la clase de entusiasmo congelado no es inferior a los 5 estrellas del hotel de la ciudad más grande de Alemania. El entorno del hotel es muy bueno. El balcón mira hacia fuera del bosque negro y se encuentra en el fondo de los ojos. Hay un viejo minero que se fue antes. Después del desayuno, se fue a la barbacoa y al vientre. El calor del hotel y las instalaciones de sauna son muy nuevas, no hay tiempo para experiencias. Este hotel es el único hotel más que esperado en este viaje y vendrá la próxima vez.

Plus por todas partes limpiamos una hermosa, grande habitación agradable servicio refrigerador en el piso (se puede tomar bebidas y pequeñas snacks 24/7 en el cuarto y pagar más tarde en Checkout) mejora posibilidades sin pre-ordenar nada sin gluten al comer (almuerzo/ cena) Demasiado poco personal en el restaurante, gente agradable pero simplemente exagerado Teníamos que esperar a una pizza pequeña y una salada Los muchos niños pequeños hizo tanta alarma ..., no se puede recuperar hasta tarde de la noche .. no hay tiendas en el entorno sin el coche no hay habitación de aseo para esquí

La comida y los cuartos eran buenos, por lo que seguramente también los muchos huéspedes. En el paso de la recepción, oí decir: ”excluido”. El equipamiento de la habitación no era muy satisfactorio - sobre todo en el baño hay necesidad de actuar. La cabina de ducha se cerró con trucos - todos los elementos se contraponen de esta manera, que el beneficio del usuario se atrae al menos en el centro.... El gran espejo con el espejo cosmético integrado tiene un error: es demasiado alto, por lo que el ”pequeño” no pudo ser utilizado por mí (1,70 m de tamaño)..... Buena idea, no bien implementado. Quizá el fabricante de espejos colocados en el suelo vaya a partir???
