pick up was not possible. no food whatsoever to be able to get at 11 pm - apparently whole kitchen closed - not even fruit or cheese were possible, absolutely nothing. only drinks at the bar, but no snacks. when asking for room service breakfast they wanted me to bring the card down even though it was only 11.30 as apparently night shift does not do rounds as in other hotels. no help with carrying luggage. apart from that staff friendly enough - sea view rooms quite nice - but SEEHUS has much more pretty views and from there you can watch the sun set from your room, not quite as pretty here in direct comparison - also the coastline is so much more crowded and unpeaceful compared to the passage in front of SEEHUS - if you re looking for more life, this is better, but if you re looking for remoteness the other one - here you hear loud music at 1 a.m. !!!!! not sure where it s coming from - not the hotel itself...

This Hotel is definitely the best place at Timmendorfer Strand. Breathtaking views, spacious rooms, good service. Grand Hotel , the name speaks for itself. This time the pools were not available due to renovation and Corona restrictions. Prices therefore still very high, but the location a bit more towards Niendorf, which is a bit more quiet is the best. The Restaurant and food is on a very high standard. Beach is just on your doorstep.

...eine tolle Adresse für eine Auszeit an der See, unmittelbar am Strand und er Promenade gelegen. Das Haus ist freundlich und sehr gut ausgestattet - hier kann man auch an Schlecht-Wetter-Tagen gut verweilen. Absolut sauber und immer freundliches Personal ist hier Standart - dazu ein toller Wellness/-SPA-Bereich...

Geschirr beim Buffet war vereinzelt verschmutzt. Tiefgarage hat keinen Fahrstuhl der ins Hotel führt. Sonst aber alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. SPA Bereich auch sehr schön

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Ostsee. Die Suite 917 ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine separate Sitzecke mit Couch und Sessel, Balkon mit direktem Meerblick. Eine Kaffemaschiene und Safe gehören zur Ausstattung. WLAN steht im gesamten Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist hervorragend. Parkplätze stehen in einer Tiefgarage und auf einer Freifläche gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel in alle Richtungen ab.Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauben und modern eingerichtet.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite im vierten Stock mit herrlichem Meerblick. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit hervorragendem Bett. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön gestaltet. Nur die Distanz zwischen Saunabereich und Schwimmbad ist ziemlich groß. Dafür ist das Schwimmbecken fantastisch. Wir hatten am ersten Abend ein 3-Gänge Menü, welches uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Das Personal ist jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Ostsee und verfügt über einen Strandzugang. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität der Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption (meiner Anmerkung ob der Baustelle vor meinem ursprünglichen Zimmer wurde sofort Folge geleistet und ich bekam ein neues Zimmer - Upgrade). Dabei wurde ich äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Auch der Frühstücksservice war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön und modern, wobei mir der große Innenpool besonders gefallen hat. Hier kann man wirklich ein paar "Bahnen ziehen". Es war eine wunderbare Zeit und ich würde immer wieder buchen.
