The air conditioner in our first room wasn’t working and the hotel didn’t have the same room that we had booked so essentially we got downgraded a little bit. The second room we had the air conditioner worked, but not very well. It was also a very noisy room. The staff was very nice and worked hard to fix our issue. The location is good, right on Italian Style Street.

Very well located, very clean and nice hotel. The public was rather young and so was the staff. The heating in my room did not work and they immediately helped me to get another room with heating that works. Breakfast was very luxurious. I will surely go back there upon returning to Tianjin.
