不知道這麼好的酒店為啥才3.7分。落地窗外就是湖景，酒店房間裏就可以看見對面音樂節大屏幕，並且聽見音樂節參演者彩排的歌聲。房間寬敞明亮，早餐餐廳的服務員小哥會在收餐前一桌一桌提醒要收餐了，如果需要可以再那些東西。雖然音樂節很多路段封閉，但早上退房的時候依然可以叫車到酒店門口，非常方便。

EEstan TanDuring the first day the taxi driver missed out the location and alighted us few hundred meter away in cold weather. Upon contact the apar**ent in-charge she direct us to our unit straight.
The apar**ent is a loft unit that come with 3 queen size beds able to cater for 6 persons and both my kids can sleep in a spacious bed. Two of the beds are located at upper deck and one at lower deck. One of the room even comes with projector.
The dinner table is located at upper deck that free up the space at lower deck. In general the room is quite cosy and has enough power supply for my family which we use multiple electronic devices. Wifi is also available that serve us well.
As for amenities nearby shopping centre, provision shop, restaurants etc.. is quite convenient in short walking distance. Metro station is about 300 m away that so easy for us to travel with train around the city.
Upon checking out the apar**ent in-charge also gave us a free gift for our souvenir that so heartwarming. I’m going to miss this place…..

SSongyunlouzhuEl hotel tiene una larga historia. Es un hotel donde puede aloj**** y aprender sobre la historia y la cultura de Tianjin. El frente del hotel es el río Haihe, y también hay un muelle turístico, que también es ideal para caminar por la noche. Los edificios a lo largo de Jiefang North Road alrededor del hotel también son característicos del período de la República de China. This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out).
Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house.
Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated.
Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you.
Our suite was exceptionally well equipped.
A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery.
(Everything you need, for a long or short stay).
The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends.
We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised.
There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk.
The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination.
We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it.
The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views.
Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style).
The facilities are on international standard.
Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay.
Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals.
We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.

RRonald DudleyI'm giving this 5 stars because this very budget, very small room was everything I needed for a short 4 night solo stay, right by the Hai He (river) in downtown Tianjin.
The service was straightforward and professional and even though my room was very inexpensive, I was treated well by everyone. The location is perfect for Tianjin tourism, very close to the lovely Italian section with its many super places to eat, and a short walk to the main train station, Century clock and many of the river's best views.Large malls and lots more shopping and sightseeing is across the river but the nearest bridge is very close, and the shopping and so on available as soon as you're ACROSS.
It's an older hotel, and that shows, but the price is commensurate with that, so no complaint for me: everything still works well and the bed (good for one, not two) was very comfortable. Plus, even though it's small, the desk was useful and had good power sources, very close. And, unlike many budget rooms, this one has a window, and a good view. I've stayed here a few times before, and I will happily stay here again.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe checked into the Tuanbo Lake Hotspring Resort & Spa for one night, as we wanted to see if it's suitable for future visits.
We enjoyed our stay so much, and decided to extended our stay with another night.
The Resort is devided into two sections, with the Villa Style Hotspring Rooms on one end, and the Private Hotspring in Room ”House Soup”, on the other end.
We stayed at the ”House Soup” section, during this visit, as we wanted to enjoy our own private Hotspring in room.
Service received from all staff members were good, and they were all very courteous and efficient.
They were courtesy enough, to show us the Villa's as well.
The room was well prepared upon our arrive, and our room was decorated (Romantic Theme), as requested.
The Resort is a short drive out of the City, and it's advisable to allow ample time during your stay.
I will not recommend staying here, for one night only, but rather for a few nights if possible.
We will most definitely return, and spend more time here during longer holidays or time of work.
I can recommend this establishment to all future guests, foreign or domestic.
