Canopy by Hilton Tempe Downtown

非常舒服，很棒！

Hotel is lovely, room is comfy and location is great. Only 2 werent awesome: 1) room was only made once (in a 3 night stay) and we had to ask, 2) the bathroom door is a barn door and even when closed you can see into the bathroom (wc/shower). Still, overall, a pretty great place.

I did not like the parking. The garage next door is $20/day to self park and $40 /day for valet. Wasn’t specified on the website how much parking would be.

My stay was excellent. The beds were comfortable, great amenities. The hotel restaurant and bar/patio were great. Food was good, service was great and the convenience of being at the hotel and enjoying a cocktail was ideal. Desk staff were exceptionally hospitable. Wonderful staff. The only thing that could have been better is since there is no daily room service, it would have been nice to have a door hanger or something so you could get a clean face cloth, more coffee or more klenex. Room service has changed significantly after COVID but for longer hotel stays there needs to be some advance communication and some system to get a few items instead of realizing after 3 days that you need to specifically request an item.

The only issue was the loud cars at night. This is the main drag for the youngsters to revv up their cars every night.

Valet attendant was horrible. Working very slow and line to get in was into the street so I pulled inside about 5 ft into the garage and parked to allow for room to not block exiting cars or sidewalk of pedestrians. He asked me and my wife if we could read the sign that said valet only. I clearly tried to explain I plan on using valet and there is no room to park and he said “I don’t have to park your car if I don’t want to”. Also found clumps of hair in shower.

The hotel is great. It has a nice rooftop area with a pool and restaurant. It is just in a busy area making kind of loud at night.

Magda at the front desk was incredible. An issue came up and she took care of it. Give her a rsise!

Beautiful property. Especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area. Food was great as well
