"Needed much needed sleep and didn’t get it. After being told I was getting a room that would be quiet and away from anything, I instead got a room that was near road and it was loud. Asked for room to be away from elevator as well and it was literally right next to it. Late check-out was not handled properly at first but eventually just left at normal check-out time. Water pressure in shower was terrible, almost coming to a trickle and then coming back on boiling hot…very dangerous!"

"El hotel está deteriorado. La primera habitación que nos asignaron se desbloquearía. Dimos un largo camino de regreso al escritorio. Un hombre de mantenimiento estaba allí, así que caminamos de regreso a la habitación. Determinó que la puerta estaba desalineada y que necesitaríamos otra habitación. Caminamos de regreso al escritorio donde nos asignaron otra habitación. Caminamos hasta esa habitación y descubrimos que tenía un fuerte olor a cigarrillo (era una habitación para no fumadores). Después de viajar todo el día, estábamos demasiado cansados para regresar al escritorio y pedir otra habitación, así que vivimos con ello. El baño estaba sucio y la habitación necesitaba una renovación. Yo no me quedaría ahí otra vez."

Breakfast was included, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it because I had an early morning flight. The neighborhood is not that bad, but there are no restaurants nearby, so I recommend using Uber. There is a Circle K five minutes away by foot, but they only have unhealthy snacks and drinks. I was hoping they would have at least apples and bananas, but there were none."
