Absolutely terrible experience. Customer service was awful. We had phoned to check in the day before as requested by the receptionist when we booked well in advance, but were told not to bother and to call when we arrived and someone would come find us as no front desk. We called when arrived, got told to wait in our car, waited well over 20 minutes, no one ever came, so we eventually went for a look around and managed to find a guy who was supposed to give us our key, he could hardly speak a word of English and there was a woman remotely controlling his computer to process payments and access to our room, telling him what to say over the phone. Then we got told we have to pay an extra $100 fee which we were not advised about. Room was pretty bad, toilet didn’t flush and water pressure was terrible, floors were sticky and greasy. The guy who gave us the key told us check out was at 11am, then next morning at 9:50 am two ladies were knocking loudly on our door calling ‘are you checked out yet?’ ‘You need to check out so we can clean’ so we quickly finished packing up and left, but were very frustrated with the terrible service. The ladies were walking along banging on all the doors at that time in the morning and had the cleaning trolleys by the door waiting to come in. We emailed to get our bond back but had no response or payment until a few days later (we’d been told it would be processed the day we checked out) Horrible experience and waste of money, Do not recommend.
