Staying at Hinoen Hotel was a pleasure. Can’t beat their location - a 3 min walk to central Taipei station where you can catch the TRA local train, MRT and HSR (speed train). The staff were ok so kind and made the experience even better. Room service was super consistent and tidy and really felt like got the five star experience. I will definitely recommend any family and friends to stay at Hinoen Hotel when they visit Taipei Taiwan.

First time here. The room is clean and the staff is very responsive, courteous and helpful. I witnessed they serve clients from different countries with their mother languages fluently. It is very impressive. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everywhere. Will stay again.

Very clean hotel super close to Taipei Main Station. They also gave us a coupon for a free drink at the tea shop next door, which was a nice surprise. A/C was strong. The hotel employees were super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

All was good, except the size of the double bed but understand that this is the norm double bed size in taipei.

The location is convenient.
Bathing water temperature can be hot suddenly, it is hard to control.
It is a bit smelly when I first comes in. It feels normal after a room cleaning on the next day.

Very close to Taipei main station exist Z10. However there's no lift/escalator, you will need to walk up staircase. Very convenient spots as close to dining and convenience store. Will consider this for my next stay.
