Bankstown|A 0.71km de la Cairds Reserve
Second stay here, and almost as good as my first late last year (room & view slightly better from 10th floor room overlooking Bankstown Oval last year, than from 6th floor on this occasion). Nonetheless, very clean room, good TV and quality in-room facilities. Water pressure good; & quality body wash & moisturiser provided in the bathroom. Once again I enjoyed the array of restaurants conveniently located in the adjacent sports club. Kevin & his colleague were exceptionally warm & helpful upon our arrival. Will continue to stay here whenever I visit Bankstown.

Greenacre|A 2.35km de la Cairds Reserve
La “Sala de la Reina Deluxe” está lejos del deluxe. Definitivamente no sonido. Puedes oír cada puerta cerca, cada vez que alguien sale o baja las etapas de acceso. La dormilla casi me descongeló y mi compañero, era muy difícil llegar a una temperatura cómoda y una vez que lo hizo no se quedó mucho tiempo. El duche se derramaría agua a una presión inferior a la media y después, después de unos 5 segundos, comenzaría a espumar y luego se convertiría en caliente. A continuación, vuelva a la temperatura elegida y siga repetindo ese proceso para todo el ducha. (Nota que no utilizábamos el tap de la cuenca en todo mientras estaba en funcionamiento el ducha). En todo, este no es un hotel de 4 estrellas. 2-3 al mejor. D I S S A P O I N T E D. D O B E T T E R También para los de ustedes esto es relevante para, este lugar no es accesible a la silla de ruedas. Ni siquiera “nivel de suelo” es sin un vuelo de escaleras. Como estoy escribiendo esto alguien acaba de comenzar a tener un duche. No soy un fan de esto. Hay muy altos gritos, envíen ayuda. Gracias por escuchar mi discurso TED.

Condell Park|A 2.89km de la Cairds Reserve
Needed to stay out there for an early departure from Bankstown Airport. It is REALLY close to the airport which is fantastic. The rooms were renovated, basic but clean and comfortable. They were a better standard than your average pub room. The most important thing, they were quiet. It was a week night so I can’t vouch for Friday or Saturday nights. The pub itself was good, beers cold and the meal was great. I had the ribeye, chips and salad. Mickey the Assistant Manager was really friendly, showed me to my room, explained breakfast etc and organised dinner. Overall a great experience and I will be staying again.

El personal era fantástico y muy bienvenido, fácil comprobación de servicio en el bar. Habitaciones donde buena y limpia, bien acomodado para una familia de 4 como nosotros. Nuestra habitación tenía dos camas únicas y una cama doble. También hay mucho de aparcamiento fuera del lado del hotel. Gran pub también.

Fantastic hotel and close to everything in each direction you take. Train station on 2 minute walk with plenty of surrounding shops for huge of amount of food outlets,drinks,haircuts,ect ect the list goes on..major shopping centre less then 5 min walk(kmart,coles,big-W,woolworths ect) Easy check-in friendly hotel staff Room was fantastic for just under a week stay for a function over at the sports club Comfortable bed with decent pillow,very clean room and bathroom were it looks like its brandnew or renovated or cleaned well after each patron,kettle,tv aircon in rooms usb outlet in the wall.Did bring earplugs for my stay as it is next to the road where you might get sound of traffic or the pedisatrian walk beeps allnight which i was warned about earlier anyhows. Easy check out with a drop box on the wall on the way out for early morning departures.

You’ll want to read this, its GREAT!!! My partner and I checked into the Greenacre Hotel on November 24th. After checking in, the desk clerk brought us to the entrance of the hotel building and handed us our room card keys. He then said to us “ The bathrooms are located down the hall outside of your room so don’t leave your room without your cards. You also need them to get into the building so make sure to always have your card on you. I don’t want to receive a call in the middle of the night that you’re locked out of your room”. Totally reasonable , I can understand how that could be frustrating. Many people, throughout the night, forgot their cards in their rooms. How do I know this? They body checked themselves against their door screaming “ let me in”. That wasn’t even the bad part. That I could put up with. The next day, my partner and I woke up early because we had an International Flight to catch. My partner went downstairs to load the car and then I followed about 10 minutes later. When I came outside the building, my partner shouted something at me but it was to late. The door to the building shut behind me. What my partner yelled at me was “ Don’t let the door close, the card isn’t working”. When I tried my card on the door, it just beeped and flashed red. I tried my partners card, the same thing happened. We were locked out and we had to return our rental car within the hour and catch our flight. I immediately called the desk clerk/manager. I told him what happened and his response was “ What do you want me to do, I’m in bed”……..well here’s an idea for you, GET OUT OF BED!!!!!!! I WAS FURIOUS!!! We had both of our cards and it was nowhere near checkout time!!! What kind of response is that, here’s the correct response: “ Oh my goodness, I am so sorry sir. I am currently unavailable but I will send someone there to open the door. Again I cannot apologize enough, this is totally unacceptable. Please send me an email at your earliest convenience and I will provide some kind of compensation, this is truly unacceptable. There will be someone there within the next half hour. Here’s my personal number in case he doesn’t show.” But of course that was not his response. After a bit of arguing, he let me know that someone was going to be opening up the bar downstairs within the next half hour. So, we waited. After a half hour, a gentlemen did show up and I have to give him praise. He moved with urgency and at the end of the day got us back into the building and we made our flight. I still can’t get over “ I’m in bed” , what is that! I’ve worked in the tourism industry for 5 years and this whole experience was just totally unprofessional. I’m looking forward to your response.
