Great service! All staffs are welcoming and approachable. Amenities are all good. Every activities are fun for the kids and accessible from the hotel. Will surely come back to this hotel and recommend to friends and families.

overall good for overnight stay with my family! the pros:  - location is perfectly near restaurants overlooking Taal but away from the main road so it’s peaceful and quiet.  - there are also signages posted on the way which was helpful since we arrived at night.  - you order breakfast upon check in and it’s delivered direct to the villa. coffee also included! some cons are:  - thin blanket provided, the weather is cold and u can def turn off the AC but if you want to be cozy, bring your own blanket and pajamas! - ordering food was a hassle since verdant villa is not a location on grab and the pin location led to a different route/place. had to instruct drivers via call, but i think it’d be better to use eleve homes (same place) as the location next time.

The rooms are new and clean (we paid 2500 pesos to upgrade to a newly renovated wing), but in the room, there wasn't bathroom mat and sufficient towels (we paid for 3, and were only given 2 sets of everything). Sounds proofing was mediocre. We could hear guests talking loudly outside our room and music from the restaurant (which thankfully stopped at 9.40pm).

It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better.

La Cumbre de Ridge Tagaytay, en mi opinión, es bastante buena, pero hay algunas cosas que no son mi taza de té. Puntos negativos: 1. Esta es mi principal preocupación. Me desperté cada hora, especialmente cuando pasaron vehículos ruidosos. Aunque no hay mucho que hacer, tuve que usar sonido anulador mientras dormí. 2. La selección del desayuno es sólo media. 3. La parte inferior de la puerta de la ducha no estaba adecuadamente sellada, así que el agua se derramó cada vez que tomé una ducha. 4. El problema más extraño era el agua. El agua de la cocina para lavar los dientes y lavar mi cara huele bien, pero a veces el agua de la ducha tenía un olor ligeramente desagradable. No sucia, sólo extraña. Puntos positivos: 1. Mi cosa favorita sobre la Cumbre Ridge Tagaytay es la vista. Me encanta que tengan un salón de cielos donde se pueden tomar fotos claras del Lago Taal. Durante el día, se puede disfrutar de la vista del lago, y en la noche, se puede capturar una hermosa hora dorada. 2. Una gran cantidad de acceso a los supermercados, restaurantes y muchos otros lugares buenos cerca. 3. Agua potable libre es un buen acreedor. 4. Las instalaciones también son bastante buenas, incluso tienen vibraciones en el lobby.
