We had a wonderful stay at Wind Residences with a stunning view of Taal! The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a quick family getaway. Everything we needed was readily available, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What made the experience even better was the owner, who was incredibly accommodating and kind throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to unwind with family!

The villa was very quiet and near tagaytay tourist spots. We stayed here after our visita iglesia. The only concern is the place is quiet and not meant for loud gatherings (no ktv) It is a good place to relax with free breakfast or to stay for transient sleep. It's like a home away from home given the kitchen amenities. Pool was enjoyed by my siblings but is a few blocks away from the villa itself.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating from check-in until check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The hotel offers plenty of activities for both kids and adults. We especially loved the farm, outdoor amenities, and peaceful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

Staffs are awesome and politely greet us every time. Only cons was the play area and gym.. very outdated and aiecon was not funtioning well. We stayed in panoramic room. It was awesome.

Had a great stay at Twin Lakes Hotel Tagaytay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The hotel was clean, the parking was convenient, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience. Would stay here again.

The Hotel showcase the breathtaking views of Taal lake. Amenities are great! Food was superb! Me and my friends loved our stay at the hotel. The Staff are all accomodating and friendly. The hotel is nearby to different attractions in Tagaytay. This hotel is value for money.

I recently had a staycation at Taal Vista and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. The ambiance of the property is truly commendable—relaxing, scenic, and well-suited for a quick escape from the city. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the facilities reflects good housekeeping standards. However, the room experience did not fully meet expectations. One notable concern was the lack of sound insulation, as noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible. This affected the overall sense of privacy and made it somewhat difficult to fully relax during the stay. In summary, Taal Vista offers a beautiful and clean environment, but improvements in room soundproofing would greatly enhance guest comfort and privacy.

If we get shower gel or shampoo and complimentary tea, this room would be perfect (comfy bed, good pillows, big room, kettle and coffee, quiet enough for one night) Service is lacking effort in reception. we didn’t need anything, but if they offer we would buy breakfast etc. but no effort from staff at all. Little shame staff is usually what makes the place in Philippines, not here. Location is little far from the views but only 1 km from city center.

My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila.They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.
