Very clean and it felt like home. Sabi pa nga ng anak ko ay ”We're home!” Good water pressure sa cr and madali imanage ang heater. May water heater din na nagamit namin para sa milk ng bebe. Plus points sa access thru Bo's coffee, nasa side kasi ang main entrance, ayaw ko lumakad na may kasalubong na cars lalo na may kids na kasama. Ang saya din ng kids sa swimming pool with view of the Villar land, sobrang hangin lang sa taas kaya nanginig sa lamig yung 2y.o. pero sobrang enjoy ng 8y.o. and he was able to play with the other kids. Less hassle pa kung may mga kailangan bilhin dahil sa dami ng stores outside the building, puro nga kami kain. We recommend Tinatangi Cafe nearb, sa Salawag, kung may car, pero pwede din naman siguro tricycle na lang. Very good wifi connection din sa room and the tv kasi naiwan naka log in ang yt premium account ng last guest siguro na nagstay doon. Very much recommended din kung may mga bisita kayo, naisip ko talaga ito para sa relatives namin kung bibisita sila, cause we also live around the area.

La experiencia fue excelente, el servicio es muy acomodable, el buffet de hirs es infinito. Simplemente me di cuenta de que la diversión como la bici no es amigable debido a no hay silla y la mesa de billar no tiene equipo, pero quizás llamamos la mesa delantera pero la piscina es fantástico muy accesible y la habitación es enorme y limpia en todo. Horay! Mantenga el buen trabajo todo el personal es amigable y especialmente los guardias siempre sonríe al entrar.

We had a great stay. My parents especially enjoyed the free activities provided, it added a nice touch to their experience. The staff were quick to respond and consistently helpful, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. Although there are quite a lot of stairs, it’s worth noting that there’s an escalator available for seniors and persons with disabilities, which is a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though most of the plates and mugs were made of hard plastic. If you’re mindful about using plastics in the microwave, I’d recommend bringing your own glassware. Cleanliness could use some improvement. I had to message them about it since my parents are quite particular and while they responded, there were still concerns..two of the beds had oil stains and I wasn’t sure if the linens had been replaced. It would’ve also been better if the glass near the pool and the sliding doors had been vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly. Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciated the overall experience and would definitely recommend   to my friends. I just hope they continue to maintain and enhance their cleanliness standards moving forward.

La ubicación es un poco aislada del centro de la ciudad. El personal se acomoda aunque no va más allá y sólo proporciona lo que solicitamos, por ejemplo, que nos pedimos que recuperar la torta y no ofreció herramientas ni pensaba en cuándo la consumiríamos para el cumpleaños de mi socio, La habitación tiene un refrigerador que puede ser necesario.

It was indeed an amazing stay!🥰 . The staff were all so kind and accommodating ❤️ . I love its concept -- being an eco-friendly hotel using containers for the rooms with empty bottles, tree branches for the rooms interiors and lots of hand paintings and own grown up plants all over ❤️❤️❤️ . Love that they are also pet friendly hotel ( a pet playground with waiting area was provided). My family enjoyed games of billiards and table tennis at the roofdeck too!🥰 The place is very instagrammable and unique! We also enjoyed our breakfasts at their Bahay Kafe. They also have function room for intimate gatherings and restos and a spa. Location wise - very near the major road, the first Starbucks in Tagaytay and the nearby tourist attractions! The hotel has informed me when I checked in, that the photos of the room I booked which I saw from trip.com’s site, was not the same as what they will give me. And since we were tired from the long travel, I just agreed as long as the number of beds that I’ve booked were the same and the room was senior-friendly. The room was, in general, clean and spacious. However, the phone and the TV were not working. I informed the reception about it and was told it would be fixed after 3 days. The toilet was a disappointment as it looked dilapidated and mouldy. Overall, the staff were friendly and the place looked nice, however, I think there would be a better place to go that is the same as the price I paid.
