We had an absolutely wonderful staycation here! The ambiance of the entire place was fantastic—very relaxing, clean, and beautifully set up.Most importantly, my daughter really enjoyed every moment of our stay, which made the experience even more special for our family. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the service was excellent.We had such a great time that we are already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! It's one of the most family-friendly hotels we've visited. The amenities were excellent, especially the kiddie pool, which our kids absolutely loved. The farm activities were a huge hit too. They were fun, interactive, and gave the little ones a chance to experience something different. We also enjoyed the complimentary movie night, which was a nice way to end the day. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious food, and everything was well-prepared. Our room was also very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more relaxing. Overall, Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay is a great choice for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I especially loved waking up to the cool breeze and scenic surroundings—it was the perfect escape. The facilities were also impressive, and everything was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable. What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Twin Lakes Hotel was memorable and relaxing. I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

I recently had a staycation at Taal Vista and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. The ambiance of the property is truly commendable—relaxing, scenic, and well-suited for a quick escape from the city. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the facilities reflects good housekeeping standards. However, the room experience did not fully meet expectations. One notable concern was the lack of sound insulation, as noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible. This affected the overall sense of privacy and made it somewhat difficult to fully relax during the stay. In summary, Taal Vista offers a beautiful and clean environment, but improvements in room soundproofing would greatly enhance guest comfort and privacy.

One thing we particularly loved was the hotel's pleasant scent. The lobby and common areas always smelled fresh and inviting, creating a great first impression. The location is very convenient, with several restaurants and dining options within the area. There is also ample parking available for guests with private vehicles. For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better.
