Just got back from Dusit Princess Melaka and honestly, really happy with the stay. Got a room facing the Melaka River which made it so much better — woke up to a nice view and it's really relaxing especially in the evening with the lights along the river. Room itself was big and fully equipped, felt more like a proper holiday stay than just a hotel room. One thing to note — it's not really walking distance to Jonker Street, more like a quick 5 min Grab ride away. But no complaints there because right next to the hotel there's already 2 Chinese hawker stalls, so kalau lapar tinggal jalan kaki je. There's also a KK Mart right there for snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot to pack, and a 24hr halal food store nearby too so late night cravings are sorted. Overall solid stay — comfy room with a great river view, good amenities, and food options literally next door even if Jonker Street itself needs a short ride. Would stay again 👍

Nice new hotel.. very nice room, good amenities, great facilities and nice breakfast, only issue is my view is looking at other people's window

Just next to Courtyard Melaka and only 5-6 min driving to Jonker Street. There were 2 parking lots provided for my unit booked. Everything arranged properly by the management before arriving. I must give thumb up to the support team because they are very responsive to help in setup the karaoke set, booking of gym room.

El hotel es grande, limpio y bien mantenido. Puedes caminar fácilmente desde el hotel hasta el centro turístico. O coger un coche barato. La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!

Un hotel agradable y acogedor, con personal amable y servicial, desde recepción hasta servicio de habitaciones y cocina. Habitación con balcón con vista a la piscina y jardín, equipada con ventilador. Las habitaciones son cómodas y con un ambiente agradable. Nevera, agua potable, café y té disponibles en la habitación. Disponen de información útil según se solicite. Buena piscina para adultos y niños. El viaje fue para asistir a una ceremonia religiosa en GS Melaka con motivo del 54.º aniversario. GS está a unos 10 minutos en coche. Servicio de transporte disponible (Grab). Amplio aparcamiento. Cerca del hotel hay muchas tiendas para desayunar si el desayuno no está incluido en la estancia, incluyendo puestos y tiendas para almorzar, tomar el té, cenar y disfrutar de la hora feliz.

¡Una gran elección, muy rentable! Es muy conveniente caminar aproximadamente un kilómetro hasta la Casa Roja de Malaca y otras atracciones. Al lado del hotel se encuentra el muelle del río Malaca donde se puede tomar un crucero.

Volví a este hotel porque el desayuno se sirve hasta el mediodía. El servicio conveniente y las amplias instalaciones también fueron razones para mi regreso. Lo más importante es que hay un paseo de madera junto al hotel que me encanta. Allí hay pantanos, y las vistas al río son hermosas, con muchos peces e incluso grandes lagartos que a veces suben a la orilla y asustan a la gente; si no miras bien, podrías pensar que son cocodrilos. Está cerca de la Old Street, pero sin su bullicio, es un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante. El hotel también ofrece un barco para ir a la Old Street. Si no quieres lidiar con el tráfico en la Old Street, puedes tomar el ferry o caminar por el sendero junto al río. En el camino, puedes visitar el Museo de Zheng He para aprender sobre su flota y sus grandes hazañas marítimas.

We had a pleasant stay at Swan Garden Resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and food spots. The only downside was the parking fee. Guests are required to pay RM5 per day for the hotel's internal parking, which I feel should be complimentary for hotel guests. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would still recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly service, and cozy rooms.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.
