«El hotel merece una buena reseña. La limpieza no estaba mal, pero lo que realmente destacó fue el servicio del personal. Especialmente los dos recepcionistas, una chica con gafas y un chico blanco; su servicio fue excelente. Fueron muy atentos y profesionales. Sin duda merecen un aumento o una bonificación. Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí y elegí la habitación Deluxe Bali Concept; vale mucho la pena, el espacio es más grande y tiene balcón, me encanta. Volvería sin duda.»

«My stay was lovely. Before booking, I spent some time reading the reviews to get an idea of what to expect. I was genuinely concerned that I might encounter dirty sheets or towels, or a room that hadn't been cleaned properly. Thankfully, those concerns proved to be completely unfounded. The soundproofing was also something I was concerned about, so we were prepared for some noise. It was exactly as described in the reviews - the pitter-patter of footsteps from the room above, people walking past our room, and the merrymaking from groups in the foyer. The room did come equipped with complimentary earplugs, but unfortunately I'm not a fan of using them, so I simply waited for the noise to die down each night. The check-in staff were wonderful, and I'd especially like to thank Miss Izza (although I never had the opportunity to meet her in person). I had to momentarily withdraw from the trip at the last minute, and she kindly helped make the necessary arrangements for my partner to take over the booking instead. Her assistance made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. I also had some ice packs that needed to be kept frozen, and the hotel staff happily assisted. The room was comfortable, and I slept incredibly well—better than I do in my own bed at home. Our only gripe was the parking. The hotel's parking lot is a short walk away, which wasn't ideal in the heat. Also, the road leading to the hotel is one-way, so if you miss the entrance, you'll need to make roughly an 8½-minute loop (during off-peak hours) to get back. It's a minor inconvenience, but worth keeping in mind if you're driving. Jonker Street is only a 5–6 minute walk away, so if that's your primary destination, this hotel is perfectly located.»

«Me he alojado en este hotel muchas veces, pero esta vez, cuando me registré en la habitación, la luz de la habitación no se podía apagar. Como resultado, la luz de mi dormitorio estaba encendida, lo que dificultaba conciliar el sueño. Le pedí al camarero que lo resolviera. Ella solo dijo que me cambiara a una habitación con dos camas individuales, no hay nada que pueda hacer. Espero que el hotel pueda solucionar el problema de las luces rotas después de que me vaya.»

«El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de la calle Jonkers, que supongo que cualquier visitante de Malaca debe visitar. También hay buenos restaurantes cerca. Algo que me gusta es que está junto al paseo fluvial que bordea el río Malaca. La habitación es espaciosa y todo funciona perfectamente. Mi único comentario es que le falta una nevera, que creo que es bastante necesaria para guardar botellas de agua fría al volver a la habitación.»
