Hoteles en Malaca con balcón

Este es un hotel Airbnb de reciente apertura en Malaca. La propiedad es limpia, moderna y está bien mantenida. En general, la estancia fue cómoda y satisfactoria, con instalaciones bien equipadas y un ambiente agradable. Su ubicación es conveniente, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción para los visitantes. Sin duda, consideraría alojarme aquí de nuevo en mi próxima visita a Malaca.

The location is great, just a few doors away from the BaBa House which just happen to be a lot more renovated and furnished and they charged $250 for the same period i stayed in at Hereen Palm Suites which cost me $105 via Trip.com. It is just 3 minutes walk to Jonker Street and is on the quieter side so you dont get bothered by car traffic and human yet is convenient enough to all the shops and eateries. The whole place has only 10 suites and the rooms are HUGE and clean. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is great and heater works very well, if i am to be picky, it will be complete if they have a bathtub and they should install some toilet hangers for the clothes when you shower. The room aircon is via concealed vents , so its well distributed compared to a standalone FCU unit. Aside from teh bed there is also a daybed in the room, which is comfy and great for lazing and watching the TV. The only flaw i can pick is the mini fridge was not working in my room. Outside of the room, i wish they can open the window in the common area/ corridor, as all the internal space are really not ventiated and they dont turn on the A/C, so you cannot really enjoy the common spaces. Overall, its super value for money and breakfast provided was quite good spread and tasty enough, no complains given that its complimentary. I would give it 8/10 rating.

-La ubicación es buena, cerca de lugares turísticos para visitar y a poca distancia de la calle Jonker. -El personal es amable y servicial. -Se proporciona aparcamiento gratuito. -Dispensador de agua en cada piso de la habitación. -Internet Wifi es bueno, pero a veces no hay línea. (permanezca en el piso del Nivel 1)

HARGA BILIK & PENDAFTARAN MASUK Kebiasaannya harga bilik di Hotel The Lisbon sekitar RM 300± tapi bila dapat harga RM183± tanpa sarapan di Trip.com memang berbaloi. Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². Repeat? definitely yes. Moga maju jaya buat The Lisbon Melaka

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The location is convenient, and the facilities were well maintained. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Volví a este hotel porque el desayuno se sirve hasta el mediodía. El servicio conveniente y las amplias instalaciones también fueron razones para mi regreso. Lo más importante es que hay un paseo de madera junto al hotel que me encanta. Allí hay pantanos, y las vistas al río son hermosas, con muchos peces e incluso grandes lagartos que a veces suben a la orilla y asustan a la gente; si no miras bien, podrías pensar que son cocodrilos. Está cerca de la Old Street, pero sin su bullicio, es un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante. El hotel también ofrece un barco para ir a la Old Street. Si no quieres lidiar con el tráfico en la Old Street, puedes tomar el ferry o caminar por el sendero junto al río. En el camino, puedes visitar el Museo de Zheng He para aprender sobre su flota y sus grandes hazañas marítimas.

Place is very clean, maybe because the hotel is new. Facilities are in very good condition. We drive so we do not mind the location, and there are shopping and F&B within both walking and driving distances. However, we booked for 4, only received 2 bottles of water, 2 towels and 2 dental kits. We had to call for the balance which took an hour to be sent to the room. 1 toilet roll was given for the entire family which was also insufficient. This took another half an hour to be sent to us. We tried to offer to collect, but was told housekeeping will send. Aircon compressor was situated right next to room wall, so we were hearing the compressor going on and off the entire night. There's construction nearby but no noise pollution, probably due to it being a weekend. Do note that public can use the lift up to rooms level as well, access card is not required to unlock the room levels. Hotel lobby was extremely hot in the afternoon as it faced the west. There were no curtains or blinds that could be used to shield the staff and guests from the blinding sun. Looking forward to the hotel improving on its service levels and lobby comfort.

The location is also a major highlight. It's close to the city center, popular attractions, and plenty of dining options, making it easy to explore Melaka without spending too much time on the road. Whether you're in the mood for sightseeing or just looking for local food, everything is just a short drive or walk away. The apartment came with a balcony facing the sea, and this was easily one of our favorite features. It was so relaxing to sit outside, feel the sea breeze, and watch the cruise ships from a distance—a simple but memorable experience that added a peaceful touch to our trip. The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for both adults and kids. Our children especially had a great time splashing around and enjoying themselves, which made the stay even more worthwhile for us as parents. Overall, Melaka Apartment Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and scenic charm—ideal for families looking for a short getaway with everything within easy reach. We would definitely return!

Bilik bersih,checkin instructions pun mudah. Fridge,washing machine,hair dryer, iron all provided so tak payah risau da🫶🏻i really do enjoy my stay here.
