Un hotel estupendo. El servicio de recepción fue excelente; el personal estuvo muy atento a nuestras peticiones. Preguntamos por el aparcamiento y nos indicaron dónde aparcar, y luego nos esperaron allí para recoger nuestro equipaje. Preguntamos si podíamos hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista y nos avisarían por WhatsApp. Habitación acogedora y espaciosa; dormimos muy bien. Ubicación excelente, a poca distancia a pie de la calle Jonker. También hay buenas cafeterías y restaurantes en los alrededores.

Este es un hotel Airbnb de reciente apertura en Malaca. La propiedad es limpia, moderna y está bien mantenida. En general, la estancia fue cómoda y satisfactoria, con instalaciones bien equipadas y un ambiente agradable. Su ubicación es conveniente, lo que lo convierte en una excelente opción para los visitantes. Sin duda, consideraría alojarme aquí de nuevo en mi próxima visita a Malaca.

HARGA BILIK & PENDAFTARAN MASUK Kebiasaannya harga bilik di Hotel The Lisbon sekitar RM 300± tapi bila dapat harga RM183± tanpa sarapan di Trip.com memang berbaloi. Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². Excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The location is convenient, and the facilities were well maintained. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Volví a este hotel porque el desayuno se sirve hasta el mediodía. El servicio conveniente y las amplias instalaciones también fueron razones para mi regreso. Lo más importante es que hay un paseo de madera junto al hotel que me encanta. Allí hay pantanos, y las vistas al río son hermosas, con muchos peces e incluso grandes lagartos que a veces suben a la orilla y asustan a la gente; si no miras bien, podrías pensar que son cocodrilos. Está cerca de la Old Street, pero sin su bullicio, es un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante. El hotel también ofrece un barco para ir a la Old Street. Si no quieres lidiar con el tráfico en la Old Street, puedes tomar el ferry o caminar por el sendero junto al río. En el camino, puedes visitar el Museo de Zheng He para aprender sobre su flota y sus grandes hazañas marítimas.

Place is very clean, maybe because the hotel is new. Facilities are in very good condition. We drive so we do not mind the location, and there are shopping and F&B within both walking and driving distances. However, we booked for 4, only received 2 bottles of water, 2 towels and 2 dental kits. We had to call for the balance which took an hour to be sent to the room. 1 toilet roll was given for the entire family which was also insufficient. This took another half an hour to be sent to us. We tried to offer to collect, but was told housekeeping will send. Aircon compressor was situated right next to room wall, so we were hearing the compressor going on and off the entire night. There's construction nearby but no noise pollution, probably due to it being a weekend. Do note that public can use the lift up to rooms level as well, access card is not required to unlock the room levels. Hotel lobby was extremely hot in the afternoon as it faced the west. There were no curtains or blinds that could be used to shield the staff and guests from the blinding sun. Looking forward to the hotel improving on its service levels and lobby comfort.

The spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.
