Just got back from Dusit Princess Melaka and honestly, really happy with the stay. Got a room facing the Melaka River which made it so much better — woke up to a nice view and it's really relaxing especially in the evening with the lights along the river. Room itself was big and fully equipped, felt more like a proper holiday stay than just a hotel room. One thing to note — it's not really walking distance to Jonker Street, more like a quick 5 min Grab ride away. But no complaints there because right next to the hotel there's already 2 Chinese hawker stalls, so kalau lapar tinggal jalan kaki je. There's also a KK Mart right there for snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot to pack, and a 24hr halal food store nearby too so late night cravings are sorted. Overall solid stay — comfy room with a great river view, good amenities, and food options literally next door even if Jonker Street itself needs a short ride. Would stay again 👍

Me he alojado en este hotel muchas veces, pero esta vez, cuando me registré en la habitación, la luz de la habitación no se podía apagar. Como resultado, la luz de mi dormitorio estaba encendida, lo que dificultaba conciliar el sueño. Le pedí al camarero que lo resolviera. Ella solo dijo que me cambiara a una habitación con dos camas individuales, no hay nada que pueda hacer. Espero que el hotel pueda solucionar el problema de las luces rotas después de que me vaya.

A very clean European-style youth hostel, with very cute kittens downstairs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the location is convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Have to take off your shoes when entering the door. The hostel is chic and practically design, the accommodation was tidy and cozy with affordable price. Moreover, the spacious common area and separated Male/Female bathrooms, simple pantry with 3in1 coffee, tea bag, snacks, water dispenser and microwave oven. There are 3 cute & friendly cats in the hostel too. The public space design is not very interactive. The capsules or boxes are comfortable. Have good locker system which uses card. The capsule pod was poor ventilation after cover by curtain as there is no mini fan and exhaust fan, towel not provided. After pulling the curtains and turning on the light, you can clearly see dust flying around. It is generally very clean, but the bed is relatively small This dormitory hostel has strategic location and are good, small, noisy electronic lockers, privacy curtains don't bring that much privacy. Staff don't seem to care a lot about what's happening and the staff are not that friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The lobby was clean and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch. There are no bath towels and slippers, and it costs RM5 to ask for a bath towel. No hot water for shower and 2in1 shampoo/body wash provided but rarely replenish. The bathroom and toilet have windows to the outside, so they are more ventilated, the space is large, and they are very comfortable to use. The shower head has a brass retro shape, which is super beautiful. No deposit needed, easy to check in and check out. Location is strategic and near to major attractions, shopping malls and eateries within walking distance. But no lift and amenities. Have to climb up stairs and suitable for younger generations.

I love the location. It was so convenient for me to explore Malacca. Having to be near great eateries too. The authentic Peranakan feel was a surprise. I did not expect to have the toilet door out of the ordinary. Will choose to stay here again when I have the chance.

Just next to Courtyard Melaka and only 5-6 min driving to Jonker Street. There were 2 parking lots provided for my unit booked. Everything arranged properly by the management before arriving. I must give thumb up to the support team because they are very responsive to help in setup the karaoke set, booking of gym room.

La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!

Booked the deluxe suite which was good and big for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids. And it comes with a small living area and mini kitchen which was good for preparing foods for kids. Just one area which the hotel can improve will be that the room cleaning can be better, eg. We requested for room cleaning but when we were back, the toilet basin was not cleaned at all, stains were able to be seen, which was disappointing.

El proceso de reembolso de Depo también es muy rápido y no tan complicado como el de un hotel, es decir, lo recibiremos el mismo día que salimos del hotel.
