It’s a super nice vacation home, just like staying in Bali itself. Lots of eateries around the location. We love it so much!

I stayed at this unit on 1st August 2026 (Sat - Sun). While I checked in around 10:00 PM and understood that immediate late-night fixes might be difficult, the condition of the unit and the host’s clueless, irresponsible handling made this stay unacceptable for the price paid. The host hides behind an automated AI system that spits out completely inaccurate, unhelpful, and generic replies. After wasting precious time forcing my way through to a human, the support was even worse. When I brought up all the missing facilities I had paid for, they turned around and asked me ”what they could do for me” instead of taking charge responsibility. I shouldn't have to tell a host how to run a proper accommodation when I paid full price for the listed amenities. - The floors were sticky and stained. Cleaners were sent immediate in 10 mins, change the floor bucket by using the kitchen sink. - The bedsheets that weren't even the proper fitted size for the bed. - The washing machine failed to function (told me that its broken), and the Wi-Fi/TV setup didn't work (we were absurdly told the Wi-Fi modem was located in a completely different unit's ceiling!, the cleaner told this is New Unit, Wifi Havent install !) - The master bedroom water heater was broken, they went and check, then left the floor with dirty foodprints. Since the water heater couldn't be fixed at night, their ”solution” was to send a technician at 10:30 AM the next morning, offering a late check-out until 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM as ”compensation.” Offering extra hours in a broken, dirty unit while forcing guests to sacrifice their privacy and endure technician repairs on their final morning is not compensation... Instead of offering a proper refund or a fair remedy, the host simply offered copy & pasted apologies (”sorry for the inconvenience caused”), took our money, and left us to tolerate their mess. This host fails to take responsibility even for basic, functional essentials. I’d be better off staying in a homestay or a simple hostel bunk bed. Save your money and avoid Alviv Homestay entirely. Preferring another host for this property as a returning guest. Love the property itself, great location, easy parking, smooth check-in, and low lift wait times.

El hotel ofrece un ambiente cómodo y relajado, habitaciones bien mantenidas y un ambiente limpio y moderno. La ubicación es conveniente, lo que facilita el acceso a las atracciones y las opciones de cenas cercanas. Fue una experiencia agradable, y me gustaría quedarme en Tamara Melaka una vez más en mi próxima visita.

El hotel es grande, limpio y bien mantenido. Puedes caminar fácilmente desde el hotel hasta el centro turístico. O coger un coche barato. La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Lovely hotel. Love the decor a lot! The staff were all attentive and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to shopping malls and many famous restaurants and massage shops In addition, the coach pickup point is just here. Super convenient 👍 Will definitely stay here again !

¡Una gran elección, muy rentable! Es muy conveniente caminar aproximadamente un kilómetro hasta la Casa Roja de Malaca y otras atracciones. Al lado del hotel se encuentra el muelle del río Malaca donde se puede tomar un crucero.

Hicimos una reserva de última hora y el precio era asequible considerando las condiciones de la habitación. Un punto a favor es la gran bañera, que estaba muy bien. Sin embargo, la distribución del baño es un poco inusual, ya que está en el centro de la unidad. Para llegar al dormitorio, hay que cruzar la zona del baño/bañera, y después de ducharse, el suelo se moja mucho, lo cual es un inconveniente. El sistema de agua caliente fue otro inconveniente. El agua tarda unos 10 minutos en calentarse y, al poco rato, vuelve a enfriarse. Tuvimos que apagarlo y esperar antes de que volviera a salir agua caliente. El registro fue sencillo y las instrucciones fueron claras, lo cual es una ventaja. En general, la estancia fue aceptable para una estancia corta.

Had a great stay at The Waves Suite Melaka! The place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The room was cosy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and other places in Melaka. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The facilities were good and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Melaka. Would happily come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
