We really love this hotel. The front staffs all are very helpful, check in also very fast. The room very clean and spacious. Standard very good. The sofa bed very comfortable.

Stayed overnight. Service was good. Got free cendol following their social media accounts in Instagram and Facebook. Car parking is limited. Room has very small window. Might be claustrophobic to some. Sound proofing was not very good. You can hear people walking in the hallway and even the preparation in the restaurant area (We stayed in room 122 and it was the first room you see right after the door in the ground floor). Mobile data is hard to access inside the rooms as well. They do provide wifi but inside the room was quite slow. Water pressure is quite not strong as I preferred but tolerable. Breakfast has limited choices but all were good. Especially the kuihs. We got welcome drinks and snack when we checked in. Location was really goodand is easy to drive to. Jonker Walk was indeed walkable. Over-all the stay overnight was okay. But I recommend to book rooms with windows 😅

My recent two-night stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Melaka was absolutely flawless. I stayed in a King Guest Room with a fantastic city view, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Cleanliness: The room was immaculate and perfectly maintained. Location: Ideal spot that made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Service: The staff was attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout. Amenities: Top-tier facilities that provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. As a business traveler, I found this hotel to offer the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and high-quality service. I highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again.

La ubicación es conveniente para llegar a la Plaza Roja, el Museo Cheng He, la calle Jonker y el crucero por el río Malaca, entre otros lugares, a solo unos minutos a pie. La Mezquita del Estrecho está a 5 minutos en taxi. Puede disfrutar del amanecer desde su habitación. La vista desde el salón de la azotea también es fantástica. Puede observar la ciudad de Malaca y el estrecho. El personal del hotel es amable y siempre sonriente. Hay puestos de otoño y tiendas de conveniencia en los alrededores. Puede disfrutar de la gastronomía local en cualquier momento.

A proper hotel with its own parking compund. The hotel is quite new, with sufficient facilities like swimming pool and gym area. The room is spacious and complete with the basic toiletries. The aircond was good and cleanliness of the whole room is average. The only small problem with my room was the shower area. There's some sort of blockage with the drain but overall the shower experience was good with steady strong current flow. Overall, this hotel is very well worth the price of slightly above RM100.

HARGA BILIK & PENDAFTARAN MASUK Kebiasaannya harga bilik di Hotel The Lisbon sekitar RM 300± tapi bila dapat harga RM183± tanpa sarapan di Trip.com memang berbaloi. Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². Repeat? definitely yes. Moga maju jaya buat The Lisbon Melaka

El hotel es grande, limpio y bien mantenido. Puedes caminar fácilmente desde el hotel hasta el centro turístico. O coger un coche barato. La piscina es grande y bonita y buena para relajarse o tomar el sol. La habitación es grande y tiene mucho espacio. La cama era grande y muy cómoda. El baño también era enorme. ¡Tenía una ducha separada y un jacuzzi! Muuuy agradable para desestresarse en el jacuzzi. ¡Tenía un refrigerador que funcionaba estupendamente y que realmente mantenía los alimentos fríos! ¡Las toallas eran bonitas y realmente suaves! El agua estaba caliente con mucha presión. ¡Vale la pena!

Reservamos las habitaciones entre 4 y 6 días antes. Solo había habitaciones de lujo disponibles. Solicité dos almohadas adicionales con antelación. Al llegar, me recordaron que había almohadas adicionales. El personal del mostrador dijo que había cuatro almohadas en cada habitación. Repetí mi pedido, pero el personal insistió en que había cuatro almohadas en el interior. Mi comentario sobre esta situación es que el personal debe intentar adaptarse. Indique si se debe pagar por pedir almohadas adicionales o no. A veces, ciertas solicitudes pueden deberse a problemas médicos. El hotel ya no está bajo la administración de Hatten, lo que es un poco molesto para los visitantes que no pueden acceder a ciertas vías de comunicación. Gracias al personal de servicio de entrada del hotel Hatten, pudimos llevarnos hasta la entrada del hotel Estadia. El hotel Estadia definitivamente ha envejecido. El menú del desayuno es estándar. Nada fantástico. Lo que es digno de elogio es el esfuerzo por decorar sus interiores. Las habitaciones de lujo son muy pequeñas para nosotros. Cuando estás durmiendo, puedes escuchar a la gente hablando desde los pasillos. Se puede escuchar a las camareras charlando muy alto mientras limpian y se ríen. No descansamos bien en las habitaciones. El guardia de seguridad de turno a media tarde es muy atento y servicial. Muy recomendable. En general, no recomendaría reservar la habitación de lujo si te vas a quedar mucho tiempo. Para una estadía más cómoda, reserva habitaciones mejores o reserva en el Hatten Hotel.

The good... location is near malls, can walk to heritage sites for tourists, price is not expensive, nearby bus terminal at Hatten Hotel. Good for just sleeping and then do your sightseeing. Aircon works, fridge also halfway there. Plenty of food options all around, convenience stores for your needs. The bad... dated. While it is still relatively clean, the rooms feel dilapidated. Floors are peeling off, curtains torn, windows cannot fully close off, lights dim. I've found too many bagworms that I've given up on throwing them away - in the cabinet, in toilet. So, if you don't mind all these and just need an affordable place to sleep, this hotel can be an option. If you are those tai-tai who expects high crass place, look elsewhere.
