Hoteles con piscina en Tulum

We loved our bungalow, as it was well-designed, had a functional kitchen, and many useful gadgets like an iron, a hair dryer, or umbrella for sunny weather. The shared area had a lovely vibe and was perfect for recharging mentally with all the greenery, pool sounds, and chirping birds. We could even squeeze some physical activities into our routine, as the place had a dedicated space for yoga with mats, small dumbbells, and resistance bands. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves, although the presence of the security guard was comforting. Our host was friendly and helpful, answering our questions on WhatsApp or providing tips on hustle-free navigation in the Tulum jungles.

I found this property Ujo have good reviews on Trip.con and wanted to give it a try. I preferred apartment style stays cos the convenience of having a kitchen allows flexibility for diet-restricted people. The place looked modern and clean. Pretty spacious and functional. Has a balcony with a (not so grande, lol) view of the neighborhood. It was so hot outside even in November, like a sauna, so we didn’t spend anytime on the balcony and kept windows and doors shut to prevent heat and bugs. The AC and two ceiling fans in our room helped greatly for temperature control, making our stay comfortable. Note: the AC only works when you use the key card in the room — inserting it in the power slot and then AC can be turned on. Without a note about it, I thought the AC was not working. But glad the lady there helped to call and figure it out. Simple as that. The bathroom is interesting. It’s mostly good, got a ceiling shower and worked well. They provided organic wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The only part that didn’t make too much sense is the short half wall that is functioning as a divider between the shower part and the dry part of the bathroom. Water would easily splash out — it felt like it was designed for shorter users and didn’t account for a lot of tourists that are tall. Perhaps add a good old shower curtain? Mostly for the property’s own benefit of not getting the floor wet where it shouldn’t be. I sent a request when I booked the room for the hosts to spray bug sprays in the room prior to my arrival. They quickly acknowledged that after my booking and did that before I checked in. Much appreciation. When we checked out, we left our luggage to the host for a few hours. They are very helpful to put them away.  Also this place has bike rentals on site for a good price compared to what we saw outside of the property.  Finally, let’s talk about the overall area. We chose it also because it’s close location to ADO bus station as we came from Cancun via bus. We don’t have any interest in the crazy taxi prices and want to walk as much as we can. So this walkable property (less than 10minutes from Tulum ADO bus station) worked. I also chose it because it’s not on the Main Street where I looked at a lot of properties and found noise complaints. I cannot handle noise past 10pm. I need my rest. So overall, Ujo was quiet in itself, no really close-by clubs, no rooftop parties, and other visitors seemed respectful and not loud after 10pm. BUT, here is the reality, this is a town with many stray animals. And they sleep during the heated day time, and get active at night. So there were barking and meowing for sure that can pierce thru. As well as some traffic sound and remote club noises. Don’t expect 100% tranquility. I am fairly picky about noise but I would say given the town’s reality, this is a very decent spot. I was able to sleep thru the nights without much issue.  Overall the stay met the score it had on Trip.com (9.6/10) when I was booking. If I visit Tulum again, or if someone asked for a recommendation, I would stay/recommend this place.

L’équipe est superbe, souriante et très chaleureuse. Au petit soin avec l’ensemble de ses clients. L’hôtel quand à lui est très atypique, bien entrentenu et très beau. Il n’est pas loin des restaurants et boutiques. Pour se rendre à la plage plusieurs moyens : taxi, vélo ou bien en scooter (les agences de locations sont nombreuses à côté de l’hôtel).  Le roof top est paisible avec sa piscine bien exposée, le personnel du bar très poli et attentionné.  Les chambres sont très propres avec une belle salle de bain et 2 ballons. Le lit est suspendu mais on peut demander à ce qu’il soit fixé pour ceux que ça dérange.  Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet hôtel et nous le recommandons vivement voyageurs en visite à Tulum.

Estamos extremamente surpresos com Ana y Jose! Que hotel incrível! Instalações limpas e novas, chuveiro e cama perfeitos, WIFI rápido e com um staff gentil e educado. Fomos de lua de mel e fomos extremamente bem tratados. Café da manha delicioso!

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club. The room was one of the better-sized and laid-out rooms we have enjoyed on vacation. The facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed the activities offered throughout our time here. The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible. The bay in front offered very good snorkeling with several large reefs that held many schools of interesting fish. We also saw rays of various sizes out there too, which was exciting. Beach chairs were always available, which was a surprise, as we read that it could be problematic. Food and drink at the Ceiba Club were worth the extra cost. We lived out that the first several days that the resort wasn't busy, so Ceiba offered à la carte food from the restaurants. We also benefited from Hilton Gold status, so we were able to rotate two of our family through the amazing breakfast buffet at Arbolea. We had dinners at Marakea (Mediterranean) and Autor (Michelin Mexican restaurant). Both were good, but Autor stood out. Would return for sure.

El servidor del hotel es muy bueno, el cuarto es muy alto y muy limpio en el fondo del edificio! Al mismo tiempo, el agua gratis se ofrece a los huéspedes. Puede mejorarse que el ahorro de la habitación es un gran madera, se muda para moverse demasiado pesado, el diseño de la habitación y el hotel no es muy útil, pero es muy bonito 😆.

Our stay at Tago Tulum was simply outstanding! The hotel itself is a paradise – the rooms look even better than in the photos, with spacious layouts, beautiful decor, and that perfect blend of luxury and Tulum’s bohemian style. The beachfront view and peaceful ambiance made it the ideal place to unwind. What really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Victor. He took care of everything we needed, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Victor’s warmth and attention to detail made us feel right at home – a true gem! Tago Tulum is a must for anyone visiting Tulum, and we can’t wait to return

¡Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en general durante los 7 días que pasamos en Hotelito Azul! Fuimos con otra pareja y cada uno se quedó en Oceanfront Suites (estábamos por encima de ellos, estaban a nivel del suelo). Las habitaciones estaban limpias y espaciosas. Almacenamiento algo limitado para la ropa, pero aprovechamos al máximo la estantería / unidad colgante proporcionada. La ducha es un sueño. El servicio de limpieza limpiaba nuestra habitación a diario e hizo un trabajo maravilloso. Nos encantaron las delicias que dejaron en nuestras almohadas cada día. El aire acondicionado era tuyo para controlarlo. Un desafío que enfrentamos y que tendría una solución simple fue la falta de alfombras en la habitación. Estás caminando por la arena para llegar a tu habitación y sí, hay un balde de agua para enjuagar antes de entrar, sin embargo, estábamos desesperados por una pequeña alfombra al aire libre o simplemente algo a los lados o al pie de la cama para quitar la arena antes de entrar. en cama. Curiosamente, nuestros amigos de abajo tenían un corredor increíble a los pies de su cama, ¡así que tal vez solo la coherencia con eso haría una gran diferencia! Te despiertas con una linda canasta con café cada mañana y ellos llenarán tu agua potable tanto como la necesites en la habitación. No podemos decir lo suficiente sobre el personal. Se comunica con ellos a través de What’sApp, que ofrece respuestas rápidas a cualquier pregunta o inquietud o al pedir comida / bebida. Larissa, el conserje fue MARAVILLOSO. Ella nos recibió todos los días y nos hizo sentir como en casa y atendidos durante nuestra estancia. Ella ayudó a completar el viaje con experiencias maravillosas, ya sean recorridos, excelentes lugares locales para comida / bebida o logística. Alquilamos scooters en el hotel la mayoría de nuestros días de vacaciones y valió la pena. Encontramos que los precios justo al otro lado de la calle eran más baratos, sin embargo, nos gustó la comodidad de alquilar a través del hotel. La comida y bebida en el hotel es deliciosa, aunque rápidamente aprendimos que comer y beber en la playa es caro, así que elegimos sabiamente cuándo / cuánto comimos en el hotel. Esto solo viene con la ubicación. La ubicación física del hotel es ideal porque no está muy lejos de la franja de playa, y el tráfico empeoraba a medida que avanzaba. La estética y los detalles del hotel son perfectos para que se sienta como si estuviera viviendo. en una jungla caprichosa. Desafortunadamente, esto limitó nuestra capacidad para sentarnos en la playa, porque el único alivio del calor era la ducha al aire libre. Lo cual, de nuevo, es encantador, pero no el océano. Afortunadamente, Tulum tiene tantas otras cosas maravillosas que hacer que no sentimos que esto haya afectado nuestro viaje de manera significativa. Aquellos que viajan durante los mejores meses tienen una hermosa zona frente a la playa que esperar en el Hotelito Azul.
