«The hotel service was top notched and very professional for a 3star rating. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. I had to travel early and deposited 2 bags at the counter. They had it sent to my room prior to my arrival as I had arrived late for the check in. The rooms were very clean, no funny smells and the linen were sparkling. Definite good recommendation for good prices.»

JJialapagesiqundaozhenhanziUn hotel con buena relación calidad-precio, ubicado en Crown, a 300-400 metros a pie de la estación de tren, a pocas paradas del centro de Perth y de las principales atracciones turísticas de la ciudad, o a 500-600 metros a pie de la cercana estación de autobuses. Tome las líneas 935 o 940 hasta el centro. Las habitaciones están completamente equipadas, pero no hay agua gratuita; la nevera pequeña es de pago, por lo que deberá comprar sus bebidas. Hay restaurantes de alta cocina en Crown (el restaurante chino es bueno, recomendado), McDonald's y un restaurante de comida rápida del sudeste asiático.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark.
We did not have any meals at the hotel.
What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying.
I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA.
Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

MMarco VinciulloThe television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay.
It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

JJanelle12Stayed here for 4 nights and am pretty pleased with all the services and stay here. Especially we requested for a change of our room kettle and they change a brand new one for us which is definitely a plus point on that.
Location is also convenient to travel as well as walkable places for food and pharmacies like chemist warehouse to shop!
Found a food gem that i definitely would recommend to go which is Subi fish and chips! Their squid rings is a must try!

TThe CaspersLovely older hotel with character. Our room suited us nicely, great bar and seating area, inside and out. Breakfast was delicious. My husband uses a small mobility scoot and the hotel is very accessible. The parking situation worried me initially but turned out to be easy. Best of all is the location. The pool looked great too.

LLan_aI really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.
