UUsuario invitadoOur family had a wonderful stay at The Adnate Perth Art Series during our recent vacation in Perth.
The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city, shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and very comfortable for our family. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the beautiful city views.
What stood out most was the friendly and welcoming staff, who were always happy to assist and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel’s unique artistic design and impressive murals gave it a distinctive character that our family really enjoyed.
The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. We had a pleasant and memorable experience and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Perth.
Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient Perth CBD location

TTisna IskPerfect location for us. Close to cafes/eateries, St. Mary Cathedral, quiet at night...
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would be much better if the lighting in the corridor is brighter, also in the room. We found it a bit too dark.
We did not have any meals at the hotel.
What I find disappointing about Marriott Bonvoy's hotels : internet. the message that it is insecure and the complicated process to get access have been quite annoying.
I tried to book via Marriott Bonvoy's apps, but rate is significantly higher than OTA.
Love Westin's architecture and surrounding (spacious walkway). Could be better with heated pool.

MMarco VinciulloThe television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay.
It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.

--BT-Perfect nice location to stay… amenities were all in close proximity… underground parking made rainy days really convenient especially with a toddler..
shout out to the receptionists! They were all really friendly and helpful…
Good size rooms but some attention to details would had made the stay a little better…
one of the bedside lamp and toilet mirror lights were not working… the shower drainage seems to get choke occasionally while showering..
Housekeeping needs some improvement as we had daily different incidents… example one day we had the bed side tables pushed out of position… another day we had all the pillows dumped on the sofa seat… body lotions were not refilled…
The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the view was really amazing!
Oh and there’s a nice small pool on the top floor as well.. sadly it was a little cold and we did not had the chance to use it…
Overall was a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups..

TThe CaspersLovely older hotel with character. Our room suited us nicely, great bar and seating area, inside and out. Breakfast was delicious. My husband uses a small mobility scoot and the hotel is very accessible. The parking situation worried me initially but turned out to be easy. Best of all is the location. The pool looked great too.

LLan_aI really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.
