Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Perth

Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation for the next few months with tradesmen coming and going making a lot of noise from around 7am. There is no gym at the hotel but the hotel has an arrangement with a local gym with a pass available. The restaurant is closed due renovation and one of the lifts is not operating and there has been an issue with the plumbing. Best to avoid for the next few months until renovation is completed.

M husband and I stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary and have had the best time! We got a bottle of sparkling wine once we had settled into our room. The bed is very comfortable, we love the slippers and the room service came quicker than we expected and was delicious with a generous serving. The buffet breakfast was included in the deal we got and was incredible! A highlight for me was the fresh fruit/ veggie juice we could make for ourselves!! The pastries were delectable and the fresh baked sourdough was still warm!! 😍 We will be staying here again and longer next time!!!

Disfruté mucho de mi estadía en Oaks Hotel. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Perth. Justo en frente del hotel, el autobús gratuito (Red Cat Bus) para y recoge pasajeros. Perth tiene estos maravillosos autobuses de la zona de tránsito gratuito (FTZ) que son convenientes y, lo mejor de todo, son GRATUITOS (rojo, morado, azul, verde y amarillo) y cubren las ubicaciones básicas de la ciudad y los lugares de negocios. El autobús turístico también para aquí. Se puede reservar en Trip.com y los precios son más económicos. El hotel es de 4 o 5 estrellas, muy limpio y con un personal de recepción amable. El único problema es que no responden a las consultas por correo electrónico. En general, buena relación calidad-precio, excelente ubicación, personal amable. Gracias Lena

En general, el hotel estaba bien. Limpieza, moderna y la ubicación estaba cerca de UWA, donde teníamos que estar todos los días. No cerca del centro o de otros servicios como restaurantes, por lo que tuvimos que comer en el restaurante o ordenar. Mi principal problema era que no había una impresora disponible para los huéspedes. Debido a los retrasos de vuelo causados por el mal tiempo, tuvimos que permanecer más tiempo después de las 10:00 horas de salida (hasta las 7:30 pm) y se cobraron un día completo (a un ritmo más alto), a pesar de que el personal no comprendía la situación y no prorrogó la comisión. 

The location is good. Super close to Hay Street shopping centre. A bit of a walk from Perth train station but its doable (8 mins). The staff are all very friendly and nice. I really love how friendly they are when they interact. The facility itself: building is old, I can hear a creaking sound when I walk. They provide very basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and shower cap; that's it. The room size is okay. I mean bigger than my Sydney hotel but way smaller than my Melbourne hotel. I honestly think its pricey for the kind of amenities and room that you get.

Second time staying. It's a nice stay. Clean room, nice design, nice view of the sky during sunrise and sunset. Good service. The parking at the street is AUD16 for 2 hours. To park inside the hotel is AUD30 whole day multiple entry. They do not provide water bottle in the room. You can take a reusable bottle from the F&b area and fill up filtered water or sparkling water for free. Location wise is just next to Kingspark, not far from the city.

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

We stayed for 4 nights and overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star. During our stay, we ran out of soap and i asked three times, no one came to replace it until I personally asked the cleaner for a refill. Our first room also had a cracked toilet seat with rough edges that actually scratched us, so we requested a room change. In the second room, the room phone was not working, we went out for the day expecting it to be fixed, but nothing was done by the time we check out the hotel. To be fair, the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the experience and maintenance standards did not reflect a 4-star rating. With improvements in housekeeping responsiveness and room upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better stay.

staff were really lovely and polite, they upgraded us to a deluxe room! its a 10min walk from the station and not fully sheltered. with a car its fine, just a little hard to find free parking. the bathroom was really bad for 4 star standards... the shower sprayed everywhere but me and the temperature fluctuated often. the bathtub was nice but the hot water wasnt really hot either, and theres no shower head. we only stayed 2 nights so it was not so bad for us.
