The location was convenient for getting around. No complaints at all—it was exactly what we needed for our trip. Would happily stay here again.

UUsuario invitadoThe location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed.
The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay.
They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed.
The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big.
Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return.

MMaureenWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

LLena Lim Hong EngDisfruté mucho de mi estadía en Oaks Hotel. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Perth. Justo en frente del hotel, el autobús gratuito (Red Cat Bus) para y recoge pasajeros. Perth tiene estos maravillosos autobuses de la zona de tránsito gratuito (FTZ) que son convenientes y, lo mejor de todo, son GRATUITOS (rojo, morado, azul, verde y amarillo) y cubren las ubicaciones básicas de la ciudad y los lugares de negocios.
El autobús turístico también para aquí. Se puede reservar en Trip.com y los precios son más económicos.
El hotel es de 4 o 5 estrellas, muy limpio y con un personal de recepción amable. El único problema es que no responden a las consultas por correo electrónico.
En general, buena relación calidad-precio, excelente ubicación, personal amable.

BBenjamin Lee BaconOverall, the hotel was okay. Clean, modern, and the location was next to UWA, where we needed to be every day. Not close to downtown or other services such as restaurants, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant or order out. My main issue was that there wasn't a printer available for guests. Due to flight delays caused by bad weather, we had to stay longer after the 10:00 am checkout (until 7:30 pm) and were charged a full day (at a higher rate), despite the staff not understanding the situation and not prorating the charge. Disappointing,

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness.

DDave GutsellI enjoy staying at this Hotel for the location having stayed here numerous times over the last 15 years (7 months in total or more). Great restaurant/bar with indoor and outdoor dining. Rooms have great comfy beds all air conditioned including excellent computer tables and chairs.
Location for me being important the Mercure on Hay is situated Perfectly in the CBD, 6 mins walk to the malls.
I highly recommend it.

That said, the hotel itself feels quite old and would really benefit from some renovations and updates. The rooms and facilities are clean and functional, but the décor and overall condition show their age. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay. The staff were welcoming, and the comfort and convenience of the location made up for the dated interiors. With some modernization, this hotel could be excellent, but even as it is now, it offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall.
