Great location in Perth CBD Staff is amazing friendly kind ever! The room view was incredible and clean and tidy. Definitely Im coming back to this hotel as everything is perfect to stay in city.

Absolutely stunning especially the family suites with bathtub and especially the lounge awesome, breakfast in the main restaurant very good but not more. Breakfast in the lounge limited, dinner in the lounge awesome.

Good location near city centre with a bus stop right in front of hotel. Free CAT bus is also available behind hotel. Clean rooms with complete facilities including small kitchen. Good service from front desk and room service too. Thanks for the early check in upon request once room is available. Totally satisfied with the good hospitality in Perth.

En general, es bastante bueno. El ambiente y la ubicación son muy buenos. El servicio del hotel es bueno. El servicio de aparcacoches también es muy conveniente. El tiempo de espera para recoger el coche es muy corto.

Ok if you are using a taxi or uber, if you have a car be prepared to park quite far from the hotel. The room itself totally fine. Separate desk and eating table also a stove sink and microwave so you could cook yourself. Location was not great for finding dinner or breakfast. There was a cafe but not open when I left. Further up the road there was another cafe called Jacob’s larder this was open early. This location is good if you like to talk walks you can go up the stairs into kings park. The biggest negative was hard water scum on the shower screen and the ac unit which heated the room at midnight to the point that I was woken by it. Would I stay again, yes, is it my first choice in Perth, no, but I’ve definitely stayed at worse places.

Overall, the hotel was okay. Clean, modern, and the location was next to UWA, where we needed to be every day. Not close to downtown or other services such as restaurants, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant or order out. My main issue was that there wasn't a printer available for guests. Due to flight delays caused by bad weather, we had to stay longer after the 10:00 am checkout (until 7:30 pm) and were charged a full day (at a higher rate), despite the staff not understanding the situation and not prorating the charge. Disappointing, 

Disfruté mucho de mi estadía en Oaks Hotel. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Perth. Justo en frente del hotel, el autobús gratuito (Red Cat Bus) para y recoge pasajeros. Perth tiene estos maravillosos autobuses de la zona de tránsito gratuito (FTZ) que son convenientes y, lo mejor de todo, son GRATUITOS (rojo, morado, azul, verde y amarillo) y cubren las ubicaciones básicas de la ciudad y los lugares de negocios. El autobús turístico también para aquí. Se puede reservar en Trip.com y los precios son más económicos. El hotel es de 4 o 5 estrellas, muy limpio y con un personal de recepción amable. El único problema es que no responden a las consultas por correo electrónico. En general, buena relación calidad-precio, excelente ubicación, personal amable. Gracias Lena

Stayed a few times and never disappoints. The layout of the rooms and how dark makes for the best nights sleep as well as how big and comfortable the beds are.

El proceso de registro tardó bastante, ya que decía que no podía ver mi reserva en el sistema a pesar de haber recibido el correo electrónico de confirmación de Trip.com. La taza del minibar tenía manchas de té claras cuando quise preparar té caliente. En general, la experiencia fue inferior a la del Crown Towers.

staff were really lovely and polite, they upgraded us to a deluxe room! its a 10min walk from the station and not fully sheltered. with a car its fine, just a little hard to find free parking. the bathroom was really bad for 4 star standards... the shower sprayed everywhere but me and the temperature fluctuated often. the bathtub was nice but the hot water wasnt really hot either, and theres no shower head. we only stayed 2 nights so it was not so bad for us.
