PPetrina simWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

Nos encanta todo sobre el hotel, la piscina, la habitación, todo es nuevo y la habitación es espaciosa. Seguramente me quedaré nuevamente en el futuro si tengo la oportunidad.

The location was convenient for getting around. No complaints at all—it was exactly what we needed for our trip. Would happily stay here again.

The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall.
The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent.
Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor.
It is a good choice for Perth travel.
But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!...
I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked.
Yess, sure, we will back and stay here again when we travel to Perth.

UUsuario invitadoEl ambiente es realmente bueno, al lado de las escaleras al parque de los reyes, el saneamiento también es bueno, los grandes ventanales de piso a techo en la habitación son súper cómodos, y las instalaciones son completas, y hay una zona franca a la ciudad. a dos minutos andando. La única desventaja es que no hay plaza de aparcamiento.

NNURAINIi arrived around 10am. the staff was considerate to allow us for eraly check in. indeed we really need it after overnight flight. my son was comfortable staying in this hotel. walkable to murray street for grocery shopping, perth library and perth main train station. for muslims there are near to halal eateries like karache by sani , indonesian resto. strategic location and room size was good for 4 of us (2adults , 1toddler and 1 kid aged 6y). overall wonderful stay here

From the moment I arrived carrying multiple bags, none of the staff offered to help.
The bathroom had a leak from the bathtub, the hand soap had run out and wasn’t refilled, and the left bedside table was burnt.
Despite booking for two guests, only one towel was provided.
The only positive was the breakfast, which was at least decent.
Overall, I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

TTeo E KLocation from Airport to Hotel very convenient by Train. Just a 5-7muns walk from Perth station mostly with sheltered walkways. Many eating shops nearby and shoppings streets. Hotel looks brand new as it was just renovated abt 4 months ago when I stayed in May 2025. Very happy with hotel experience during the 7 nights stay.
