UUsuario anónimo最值得稱道的是地理位置，往南走不遠依次就是como酒店、市政廳、天鵝塔、維多利亞碼頭，往西北不遠處就是火車站，過了火車站就是藝術中心區和熱鬧的北橋地區了，往西馬路對面就是橫跨幾個街區的步行街，商店林立。周邊吃飯地方和選擇也很多。酒店風格現代，黑色基調的裝潢，視覺上有點暗，像夜店，衞生狀況好。

UUsuario invitadoWe had a very good experience during our stay. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and check-in was a breeze. The location was convenient for getting around. No complaints at all—it was exactly what we needed for our trip. Would happily stay here again.

TTonyHardwares and cleanest are up to the standard. However, service & complimentary details could be better, example like bottle water 2 per day, need special request for a family, no complimentary parking for this kind of location etc..

UUsuario invitadoThe location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed.
The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay.
They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed.
The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big.
Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return.

MMaureenWe enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home.
We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

LLena Lim Hong EngDisfruté mucho de mi estadía en Oaks Hotel. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Perth. Justo en frente del hotel, el autobús gratuito (Red Cat Bus) para y recoge pasajeros. Perth tiene estos maravillosos autobuses de la zona de tránsito gratuito (FTZ) que son convenientes y, lo mejor de todo, son GRATUITOS (rojo, morado, azul, verde y amarillo) y cubren las ubicaciones básicas de la ciudad y los lugares de negocios.
El autobús turístico también para aquí. Se puede reservar en Trip.com y los precios son más económicos.
El hotel es de 4 o 5 estrellas, muy limpio y con un personal de recepción amable. El único problema es que no responden a las consultas por correo electrónico.
En general, buena relación calidad-precio, excelente ubicación, personal amable.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

UUsuario invitadoThe cleanliness and condition of our room was disappointing and not what you would expect from Crown. The shower glass was filthy and needed regrouting, table covered in glass marks, headboard was scratched and worn. Carpets badly need replacing

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness.
