El hotel es muy antiguo, pero clásico y vale la pena. La habitación es muy amplia, me gusta mucho. Porque hoy en día todos los nuevos hoteles son simplemente estándar y a pequeños como el tipo de estudio. Este hotel es familiar, debido a la amplia habitación y a toda la facilidad que necesitamos. No tan alta, pero la vista de la habitación sigue siendo buena. Surabayaaaaa, ¿qué más puedes ver que la vista de la ciudad? Haha. De todas formas, muy recomendado para aquellos que les gustan amplias habitaciones y cerca de la tienda, el centro de comidas, y todo lo que necesita.

We hesitated at first to stay in this hotel. It's an old hotel (started to be built in 1979) and the building's exterior looks so shabby. The hotel was affected by Covid-19, too, so we know to not set the bar too high for this hotel. Well, when we arrived at the lobby, we could really see the 90's vibes, glamorous hotel at that time. Check in was easy and fast, and surprisingly there were still so many employees working for this hotel. This place was more alive than I thought it would be. The room was good, not exquisite but I can see that it was designed well and was very nice initially. The AC worked well, hot water and water pressure were nice, but the bathroom door was jammed. And the bathtub had black stains (or maybe chipped). The sheets, blanket, and towel all had some stains but I'm sure they were all washed clean. The pillow smelled bad, like musty or damp, but we asked to be replaced and got the fresh ones. Amenities were just okay. No slippers, soap and shampoo were very standard, but they provided a safe deposit box, electric kettle, and coffee/tea. The view outside was amazing, we could see the heart of Surabaya from above, sitting in the japanese-styled chairs. Bed was nice, too. We slept soundly. Breakfast was great, surprisingly! We expected nothing, but turned out there were many varieties of the food, and they were all pretty good. From western to Indonesian, all great. I was happy to see all the employees there, like things are finally getting normal again. The visitors were a lot, too. I'm so relieved that they were doing great ❤️

HABITACIÓN : Las habitaciones están bien, tal como están dibujadas. Aire acondicionado frío. Al ingresar a la habitación reservada, se proporcionan 2 botellas de agua mineral de tamaño mediano, desafortunadamente una está a la mitad y la otra aún está sellada. La condición del colchón tampoco es ordenada. CUARTO DE BAÑO : Al entrar al baño, se usó jabón en barra en el lavabo, el bote de basura en el baño también tenía residuos de pañuelos que no se habían tirado. #En el futuro, puede haber más atención.

the hotel was nice, in a good location in the center of the city. breakfast was very good, with multiple choices from local to international. the room overall was okay, clean and the bed was very comfortable, but the sound proof was terrible, in the night it was difficult to sleep as from the nearby mosque came out the song another thing, the windows don't have the possibility to open even for a little to change the air

Cuando estuve en Surabaya hace unas semanas, trataba de quedarme aquí porque vi sus habitaciones separadas entre las mujeres y los hombres. Hay 8 cápsulas y 3 pequeñas habitaciones. Son bastante únicas porque son diferentes entre sí. Uno contiene una ducha, uno un baño, y uno un ducha, un baño y un bañón. Pero también ofrecen baños fuera de la habitación en cada piso. Este hotel es perfecto para unas estancias cortas en Surabaya porque en unos 150 grandes se puede conseguir una cómoda cápsula, TV privada en la cápsula, fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad, WiFi gratuita, y también se pueden obtener desayuno y agua mineral. Ascott waterpalace hotel lobby is located in front of PTC west lobby. I entered the wrong lobby, apartment lobby so need to turn around. After taking the parking ticket, I parked my car near lobby and started started the check-in process. The check-in process takes about 30 minutes because it explains many rules that must be obeyed and the procedure for replacing the parking ticket with a parking card after check-in and replacing the parking card with a parking ticket at check out. The interior and furniture are still very well maintained and good even though the corridor leading to the room feels stuffy and hot. Microwaves, electric stoves, sinks, dispensers, kettles, pans, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, soup bowls, and washing machines are all complete and functioning properly. The room is really suitable for gatherings event and cooking together. There are 2 TV's in the living room and bedroom. Wifi and TV service is also very good. Amazingly, I paid close attention to the cleanliness in my room, with a large room size, I didn't find any dirty or stained parts at all. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. Amenities are produced by Budi Jaya Amenities which contain 100 ml (normally only 30-40 ml). the sachet uses brand twinnings. The public facilities are top-notch and very complete, starting from a clean kids club, a special hotel pool complete with a gazebo even though the pool size is not too big, a business center, a gym with a life fitness brand and complete equipment (although a bit dark), and there are 4 pools available integrated with apartment facilities (1 pool is being renovated, rotating pool, kids pool, and standard pool). I think they should improve the breakfast quality, taste are pretty below the standard and the food variants are also very minimalist. Even though coffee uses a coffee machine, there is only black coffee. Others are pudding, cake, cereal, juice (orange and kiwi). Sausage, vegetables, noodles, fried rice, chicken, fruit slices, soup, porridge, omelette. I've only tried a bit of everything and have no interest in adding more. On the other hand, the lack of breakfast is very reasonable because the price difference between breakfast and room only is only Rp. 40.000,00

Hoteles en Citadel: Este hotel de 3 estrellas dispone de 2 estrellas. Café/Restaurante en el lobby y parece un lugar popular. El hotel tiene una terraza de techo con una gran vista sobre la ciudad, aunque un poco insensata, necesita brillar para mantenerse en consonancia con el resto del hotel. Un DJ grande con buena música. Todo el personal es muy útil y amable. Supermercado, cafetería y pocos restaurantes a pie.

la ubicación era grande, pero deberían mejorar la limpieza de la habitación y las aminoraciones porque tengo el dispensador fuera de la habitación sin agua y proporcionan agua de botella cargable en la habitación
