Atencion amable, respetuosa, cordial...la recamara muy agradable, tranquila, limpia y bien acogedora..toallas limpias, baño de ducha muy bien....electrodomesticos muy bien...cama y sabanas confortables y limpias

Before booking this hotel I had checked the reviews which were really good.
They were confirmed when we checked in for our one night stay. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and very large in comparison to other rooms I have stayed in.
The breakfast the next morning was excellent too! I would highly recommend staying at the Comfort Suites Wenatchee - Gateway Sunnyslope.

Cheap tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Definitely one use only. Soap is the cheapest packaged sliver they can find.
We were told the pool was 80-84. It was not. I’ve been swimming since I was born and I’m 60 … I know when a pool is 80 or above. Checked with the front desk. The clerk totally ignored me and kept chatting to her coworker even though I was 5” away. She did not smile once. She checked and said the thermostat said it was 81. I told her the thermostat was wrong and to go feel it. She repeated herself.
The only reason we decided to stay here was because they told us the pool was 80-84°.
Beds are super soft. Be careful if that bothers you. My daughter described them as “wretched”.
The cookies are nice. And the lobby smells like cookies which is a pleasant touch.
I don’t know why I thought hotels all had usb ports by the beds now. They don’t. There are two by the desk though.
Shower water pressure is dismal.
They advertise riverfront all over the place but the river is like a half mile away… and there certainly isn’t any view of it.
We had to move to another hotel and they won’t give us a refund. “Comfort” should not be part of the name.

The king size bed was so comfortable and got a great night sleep. The parking was very close to the entrance of the hotel for easy access as well. My room was very clean and at a warm temperature despite the 0 degree weather. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Will be coming back again when I visit Wenatchee!

Excellent hotel, very clean and quiet. nice pool/hot tub
Rooms are good sized and very comfortable for-the night. Service at the desk was great. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Will stay again next time

The Wi-Fi did not work the entire stay for 2 days. Stayed at this location once before and had similar problem but was resolved the next morning. The maid was cleaning the room next to ours and it sounded like they were doing construction. Very limited television channels.

Went for an over night trip with 3 kids, my husband and mother in law during New Years weekend. We were about a 20-25 minute drive from Leavenworth center square.
The price was great, the indoor pool was open during winter season, and it was very clean. I'd stay here again.
