這家酒店性價比很高，具體體現在：
1. 離Sunderland火車站和公交車大站走路5分鐘左右，處於市中心，且走路2分鐘就能到bridges商場，周邊也有很多餐廳的選擇。
2. 由於是2022年新建的酒店，所以設施都很新很現代化，房間也比較乾淨。作為略有潔癖的我來説，是比較滿意的，但是枕頭上有一些不明污漬，所以我換上了自己的枕巾。設施給4星的原因是隔音效果太差，凡是經過門口的人講話能聽得一清二楚，不過晚上睡覺倒是比較安靜的。
3. 早餐選擇真的不多，到第二天大家都感覺吃膩了。價格也不算便宜，所以我個人不太建議在酒店吃自助早餐。
4. 酒店員工是比較友好的，也比較樂於助人。
總結：如果以後再去桑德蘭，肯定會考慮再住在這邊。（附圖為我住的酒店房間+酒店周邊拍的照片）
