An excellent hotel. I would recommend it to everyone. The ambience was good, the meals were excellent. I wish I could stay longer. The staffs very nice and respectful. I was reminded whether I didn’t leave my personal items in the room and whether I have my passport with me. This is the first time I’ve been reminded about my passport during check out. On top of it, all I was allowed late check out because of my flight time.

I would like to know why this hotel has a rating of 4.4 stars???? People should know that the hotel has a bad reputation through the racism of the workers, especially the Syrians, by not giving the workers their right and keeping the passport and taking advantage of the situation of the Syrian employee by not giving him his salary and the end of his service and preferring the local staff over him, although he is much better than the local employee with his experience, and this characteristic is not Professional and not related to the hotel business.. This is the story of every Syrian youth who works for them.
