Al lado de la autopista, es bueno que estés en tránsito. Además, había demasiado poco personal y demasiados invitados para comer en el restaurante, lo que nos trató brevemente e inamigablemente. La comida era muy buena. Después de la comida nos ignoramos. La habitación era buena, las camas estaban bien, el baño era sencillo. Nuestros amigos tenían una habitación mucho más pequeña en la esquina del hotel con un baño donde apenas podías girar. El baño que te aplasta cuando duchas, no higiénico, aparte de la cama, no hay lugar para estar, esta habitación no vale el dinero en comparación con el de nosotros.

He estado aquí a veces en los últimos años. No ha cambiado mucho bajo un nuevo nombre. La reserva funciona como siempre. Si no hay grandes eventos en la zona, se ofrecen precios y ofertas baratos. La entrada en el garaje de la profundidad está bien, pero entonces hay que encontrar la salida correcta en el enorme garaje del centro comercial. El hotel no está central en Stuttgart, sino en el suburbio, la conexión con el tren S (5-10 min pie) también es buena por la noche. recepción y check-in rápido, cortesía, sin complicaciones. Habitaciones y baños son limpios, y funcional, pero no de lujo. Algunas habitaciones en la calle principal pueden estar bastante altas con ventanas abiertas. Pero al otro lado duerme muy tranquilo. En verano, las habitaciones pueden calentarse también dependiendo de la ubicación y la radiación solar. El desayuno buffet siempre ha sido muy bueno, en la actualidad la selección se reduce considerablemente por la situación sanitaria, pero la calidad sigue siendo aceptable. A quien sabe la situación, la estancia aquí vale su precio.

War schon oft im Waldhotel und da ich müde war wollte ich nicht die ganze Strecke bis Nachhause fahren also buchte ich die Nacht im Hotel. Es war eigentlich wie immer nur das ab 9 Uhr ständig das Reinigungs Team an die Tür klopfte und erst beim 5 mal als ich erklärte das ich nicht vorhabe vor 10 Uhr ab zu reise war Ruhe. Ich finde es unmöglich das den Leuten nicht gesagt wird das der Gast bis 11 Uhr Zeit hat, es würde doch normal reichen wenn man 1 mal sagt ich bin noch da aber 5 mal ist ganz schön unverschämt, sollte das nochmals vorkommen werde ich das Hotel meiden. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden mit allem gewesen.

My daughter is based in the Army in Stuttgart, so I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I have to say that except for one young woman, the Reception staff was the most inhospitable that I have ever encountered. It started with my arrival. I had a confirmed reservation, had checked in on line, and had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late. When I arrived, the reception clerk spent 10 minutes working on the computer and mumbling something before finally informing me that they had no room for me. They did offer to send me to another hotel and then I could either move back to the Pullman or stay at the other hotel. Of course, I had no idea how close this hotel was or any other information. I insisted that there must be a room there -- and they finally said that there was a suite available for one night and that I would have to move the following morning (which I did). Through all of this, there were no apologies for the inconvenience nor any offered compensation for the inconvenience of having to change rooms. They acted like I was being unreasonable for insisting on a room. During my stay, if I needed anything from the front desk, I frequently had to wait while they finished not one -- but several tasks and took a new phone call while I waited. Not once did I see a smile on anyone's face. I was not alone in receiving this treatment -- and noticed that other customers were treated equally as rudely. The room was comfortable, although the carpet always looked dirty. The housecleaning was undependable -- some days they came and some days they did not. I have stayed in other Pullman hotels, and this one did not meet the standards of the chain for cleanliness, and custome service.

Ich war lediglich im Restaurant und nicht im Hotel. Generell bin ich von Natur aus skeptisch auf hoteleigene Restaurants eingestellt. Hier ist diese Skepsis nicht angebracht. Die Küche ist gut schwäbisch in Ordnung. Käsespätzle, Linsen, Nierle; alles findest sich auf der Karte. Der gute Eindruck wird lediglich getrübt auf Grund der Tatsache, dass die aufgerufenen Preise für ein Wasser genau so wie für ein Glas Bier sind.

Noche de paso hacia Baviera Hotel elegido para su proximidad con la autopista y su precio Excelente opción: muy tranquilo, barato, limpio, leche cómoda. Possibilité de faire le Check in à une limite à l'entrée en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée et pas de Check out . Dans la chambre, on peut se régler même le chauffage/climatisation. Parking gratuit dans la rue ou parking de l'hôtel à 6€ par jour . Desayuno a 10.50€ pero no probado. Hay un supermercado cerca. Brevemente una buena elección 👍
