You need to bring earplugs - the first two nights were great because we didn’t have anyone renting the upstairs apartment. On the 3rd night at midnight guests arrived and stomped on the floor for the next FOUR hours, playing music and talking loudly. There is literally no instillation . Expect to hear everything! We ended up leaving at 4:30am and sleeping at a rest stop on I95 while driving home. We will never stay here again.

the resort was good just not great. we had ants come in and fought for 3 days they offered to move us and gave us a free night stay, but maintenance could have done better.

This location was very clean and spacious and very well priced. The only thing I will complain about is that everything is outdated. From Furniture to appliances. Washer machine looked like its from the early 90s.

We really only had issues with the TV/cable service, and getting my son's game system hooked up to the WiFi. The room was spacious we got the full kitchen everything worked the beds were decent living room furniture was comfy we spent the majority of our time around the dining room table playing card games those chairs were also comfy

It’s like a mini apartment and far better than a hotel room especially if you have 3-5 family members traveling with you. Highly recommended!

Nice property but the grounds were a little run down and drab. The room was dated but large and the appliances were average. The fireplace is just for ambiance. The check in was easy but very busy. To get parking they have you go to another desk where they want you to register for a giveaway, thus giving your contact information so they can contact you repeatedly. We told them we were not interested in the giveaway and still got the free parking but had to wait in a line for 15 minutes to get the parking pass. It was a little rediculous. Would I stay there again? For the price you cannot beat it but we probably would have preferred to be closer to William & Mary and had the ability to walk more.

David at checkin was great but the other 5 ladies at checkin were not helpful and had other things to do besides help checkin someone that booked through *******.
