El ambiente es muy bueno, la habitación es muy cómoda, el desayuno es bueno, hay restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia alrededor, muy conveniente

Hice una reserva para una estancia corta. Sería malo que no lo comprobaras al hacer la reserva. Era una doble por error en una habitación doble para dos hombres. No me di cuenta de que era doble hasta que llegué a la habitación. Creo que sería útil que el personal del hotel reconfirme cuando llegue y tenga cuidado con los vestuarios. En realidad, me aguanté y dormí en una habitación semidoble para dos hombres. El mundo está en la era de LTBT. Me gustaría pedir consideración en esa área.

It’s super convenient, have everything a tourist needs. They always make sure our room is clean. Definitely would book this hotel again :)

The hotel was very good services and location. I booked without breakfast but they also served a breakfast for me for all days stayed. I can leave my luggages before checkin time and after checkout time, it was so continence for traveling around. Room was very clean, able to open 29" for 2 luggages. Staff cleans room on time. I will stay this hotel again if I visit there next time. GOOD GOOD GOOD!!!

Nice location and hotel is new with modern style. Sizing of room is acceptable in Japan which is able to placed 2 big luggage and can open it at the same time. Hotel also provides small portion of breakfast.

This hotel is definitely the best we booked in our entire trip of 6 weeks in Japan. The only down side is the location, but if you like to walk, it's not very an issue. The hotel is clean, offer many amenities and a free traditional japanese breakfast that was very good. Room was big and spacious for was you usually get in Japan. Staff is not the most friendly, but we had very minimum interaction with them. Definitely recommend this hotel if you stay in Kyoto!

Very friendly service staff and location is also great near local metro station just 5 mins walk and best is train to Arashimaya is just right beside the metro station. Great location and services highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, nice location and technology. We can monitor laundry from television in our room. It also very close to bus station and train station. They provide simple breakfast which not bad

Closer to Omiya station than it is to Shijo station, this hotel is well located and very high tech. Check in and check out process via the machine is very smooth. The hotel provides bottled water, pyjamas, hair brush and toothbrush set but all at level 1. Go get it yourself. A fixed breakfast set is provided on the first floor every morning, extra charge for drinks. Really nice room. The hotel is also very minimalist given that there is no phone in the room so you have to walk to the lift where there is a smartphone on every floor on standby that serves as your connection to reception. There is an impressive huge touchscreen at the lobby for you to explore what is nearby (on a map). You can't ask for room cleanup past 3pm, bummer. I'm glad they have a mini laundromat at level 2 but the dryer is not really effective in drying. Not enough hooks in the room and no clothes line either so I had to get creative. The windows cannot be opened. Safety first I guess.
