Sign says Best Western, but I would call this Old Western or maybe Wild West. First of all, this hotel is a fire hazard as it doesn't have a single grounded power outlet in the room. Not even the mini bar fridge (which didn't even work, even if it was powered) had a grounded power connection. All the power outlets were old, and some even with cracks in it. Also no power outlets near the nightstands on each side of the bed. I had to unplug one of the lamps to charge my phone on the nightstand. In the hallway, cables were laid up that ran from equipment cabinets into another room, with power cables squeezed between the door and the door frame. This is against security regulations for electrical installations in Norway. Also in the hallway an equipment cabinet unlocked with door wide open giving anyone physical access to both the fuse box for the entire floor and the data network switches and routers. Did I mention the mini bar fridge didn't work? The light was lit inside it but no cooling. Tried to turn it off and back on, adjusting cooling to max but it still did not work. My bathroom had no shower gel or shampoo. Instead there was hand soap in the shower. I don't need five different hair products to shower in the morning, but I sure won't be washing my hair in hand soap either. Breakfast was included, but what they served could not be considered a typical ”hotel breakfast”. The breakfast hall was tiny, with similar tiny selections. They had some small portions of scrambled eggs but NO BACON at all. On top of it all the reception is not open 24h, so after closing hours guest will need a PIN code to open the front door. Normally at hotels without a 24h reception, you open the front door with your key card or at least a PIN that is easy to remember (like 1234 or the year we're in). In this case the PIN code was a completely random code consisting of four digits, as if it was handed out to you by your bank when you get a new credit card. Two positive remarks: Comfortable bed and great location. Won't be staying here again.

Very clean. Since there is nobody at the reception, you need to retrieve your door key-card from an ATM Machine inside the corridor of the hotel when you enter. No pb. Well done. Very good location in the historical center.

Nos hospedamos tres noches en estas últimas navidades navidades. De hecho recibimos el 2020 en la azotea del hotel donde pudimos disfrutar de los fuegos artificiales desde un lugar privilegiado con vistas a gran parte de la ciudad. El hotel es cómodo, acogedor, el desayuno muy completo y variado. El personal del hotel es muy amable y te ayudan con cualquier duda sobre la ciudad o sobre cómo ir a donde sea. Tienen café gratis las 24 horas tanto en la recepción como en la habitación, algo que es de reseñar. Además está muy bien ubicado. Muy recomendable! :)

Estaba en Stavanger durante 4 semanas en 2 viajes separados durante octubre a diciembre de 2021. Fui alojado en este hotel por mi compañía, por lo que no sabía qué esperar. Felizmente, el hotel superó todas mis expectativas. En primer lugar, está a una distancia fácil de caminar del centro de la ciudad. Todo está en su paseo, incluyendo un supermercado, que es la puerta de la puerta. Las habitaciones son funcionales, luminosas y limpias. No es un hotel 5* y no se comercializa en ese brazalete. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La comida caliente es abundante, así como la elección de carne y cereales frías. Nos ocupamos de Linda que estaba en el turno de noche, no podía haber sido más útil y el equipo nos ofreció un desayuno extra temprano los fines de semana, aunque no tuvieron que hacerlo. No puedo calificar este hotel lo suficientemente alto y estoy seguro de volver.

Su ubicaión es perfecta, gozamos de una habitación con vistas, y la disfrutamos mucho. La habitación tiene todos los servicios propios de la catgoría del hotel: complementos en el baño, nevera, cafetera, espacio, mesa y sillones. El desayuno nos lo ofrecerion con descuento y por 16€ inmejorable en Noruega, buena calidad, variedad y entorno muy agradable. En la entrada ofrecen agua fresca con gas y sin, naranjas, cookis y caramelos, buen detalle. El personal de recepción algo frios pero correctos. Totalmente recomendable, me encantaría volver.
