No reception for check-in. Very nice and spacious studio with 2 bedrooms. Strongly recommend, will come and visit again definitely.

Very nice apar**ent with good location. We did not get any email about access, but we got immediate help on arrival.

It was extremt hot in the appartement and just a little window to open 5-10 cm. It was some hot nights.

The physical condition of the property was nice, updated kitchen bathroom etc. what was disappointing was the lack of air conditioning which required the windows to be open. This led to being woken up every night by the loud crowd in the neighborhood. Specifically, on two nights at 0230-0300 I heard ****** comments from the locals. To be specific, f**k you n*gr* being yelled by the local middle eastern individuals. This was highly offensive and I would not recommend anyone staying at this location. As a pro immigration individual it was troublesome to see how the local non-Norwegians acted in the area. After the offensive yelling loud Arabic was spoken and these were the individuals making ****** comments. The location was close to the sentrum and that was nice but the loud and offensive comments will have me staying in a hotel vs the frogner apar**ents going forward. Really feel sad for the individual that was subject to these comments. Hopefully this will cease to exist in the future but was a big disappoin**ent for a visit to Stavanger. It was shocking that this occurs in Norway. I would not let any female member of my family stay in this area. While Frogner Apar**ents cannot control the locals I felt the need to mention why I was really disappointed.

Pros: The apar**ent was clean, the location was great & close to everything, rooftop has beautiful views Cons: check in was difficult although sorted after a phone call, the elevator and entrance have very bad smells

we paid four people for two rooms. However, there is only one very small bottle of shampoo and condition. not enough racks for towels. NO kitchen paper towels. Only one run detergent for clothes washer . No dryer so we have to hang clothes to dry. When we checked in, the Auto serve system can not find our booking, so we have to call their center.

Nice clean space, everything you need present, close to citycenter, quiet, huge terras on the rooftop. We realy enjoyed our stay there. Every morning very good coffee and delicious cinnamon rolls arround the corner.

Challenging to find. Parking limited. Reserved two bedroom was only 1 bedroom
