The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

En primer lugar, este hotel es un pieza de arte. El interior es absolutamente hermoso. Las habitaciones son también hermosas, no dejará de tomar fotos del interior. La cama era super cómoda. Tiene un ATM en la calle. La ubicación es muy buena para explorar tanto el citadel como la tumba, pero está un poco lejos de la calle y el barco caminando. Hay algunas áreas para cuidar. La piscina era fría y no apta para nadar. El gimnasio se cierra a las 9:00, que es muy temprano. La sauna está muy oculta. La cortina de ducha era vieja y huele. El baño tenía algunos puntos sucios. El desayuno estaba bien, muy saludable, pero encontré una larga cadena de pelo en una placa de pollo, que como molestos.

El hotel tiene una ubicación céntrica, a poca distancia a pie del Palacio Imperial y de la zona de ocio nocturno. La piscina es muy bonita y está bien mantenida, al igual que el gimnasio. También disfruté de un agradable masaje en el spa. El desayuno ofrece una gran variedad de opciones frescas y el personal es muy amable en todo momento. Un inconveniente es el aislamiento de las ventanas, que deja pasar mucho ruido de la calle. Además, las habitaciones que anuncian vistas al río solo tienen vistas laterales y no dan directamente al río como cabría esperar. No merece la pena.

Me alojé aquí dos días y tuve unas vacaciones perfectas. Desde el momento en que entré, todo el personal fue muy profesional y amable. Las habitaciones eran amplias y limpias, e incluso nos cambiaron a una habitación de categoría superior. Me encantó la enorme e impecable piscina y el excelente servicio de spa. Había alquiler de motos en el restaurante de enfrente, y después de un día explorando, disfruté de una ducha de 90 minutos con agua caliente y fría y un tratamiento de spa. Fue simplemente perfecto. El buffet tenía una gran variedad de opciones, especialmente la fruta, que estaba deliciosa. Todo el hotel está muy bien cuidado; sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

One of the highlights is definitely the breakfast — there’s a wide variety of options, and the quality is impressive for the price range. It’s a great way to start the day. The service is also outstanding. The staff are attentive, polite, and always ready to help, which really enhances the overall experience. One small downside is the bedding. The mattress topper feels a bit low quality and doesn’t sit evenly, which can make the bed feel slightly uneven when sleeping. Overall, it’s still a well-rounded hotel offering good value, great breakfast, and excellent service — with just a minor area for improvement in the bedding.

¡Esta estancia fue fantástica! La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, la ropa de cama era suave y cómoda, y el desayuno era variado, con opciones tanto chinas como occidentales. El personal fue amable y atento, y respondió a todas mis solicitudes. La ubicación es conveniente, con fácil acceso al transporte y a las tiendas, y la relación calidad-precio es excelente. ¡Sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo!

Very satisfied. Excellent place for couples of age after 50 and families. Private beach, picturesque site, good and various cuisine. High appreciation to the staff.

Nos encerramos, se levantó en su bug, olvidamos algo, se levantó en su bug; tenía un desayuno de cocina con carne de búfalo, con fruta de dragón listo en 6.45am y un taxi. Volvemos el 1 de abril para ver las tumbas y pagodas que hemos perdido.
