They very nice

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

El hotel está situado en las afueras de la ciudad, pero tiene un acceso rápido y conveniente a la antigua ciudad - a unos 25 minutos a pie o a 15 minutos en bicicleta. Las bicicletas pueden tomarse totalmente gratis en el propio hotel. La habitación era tan bonita! El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Recomiendo sin duda a los viajeros que prefieren descansar tranquilo y relajado lejos de las vacaciones turísticas

Esta era mi primera vez en un Banyan Tree y mi primera vez en Vietnam, así que estaba emocionada y nerviosa a la vez. El resultado fue inesperadamente bueno; la experiencia fue fantástica y superó mis expectativas. El hotel no es nuevo, pero todos los muebles y accesorios del baño estaban impecablemente mantenidos. En comparación con otros hoteles en los que me he alojado en los últimos años, como el Westin en Phuket e incluso el Dusit Thani en las Maldivas, los estándares de la marca Banyan Tree son excepcionalmente consistentes y completos. La limpieza de la habitación dos veces al día, los pequeños obsequios y refrigerios diarios, y un delicioso baño de burbujas y una decoración romántica para dos el último día fueron sorpresas encantadoras. Como nuestra villa estaba en la cima de una colina, el carrito eléctrico estaba siempre disponible, y todo el personal nos brindó un servicio siempre amable y paciente. Incluso con un inglés limitado, no había ninguna de las típicas sonrisas falsas que se ven a menudo en la industria hotelera. El spa merece una mención especial. Habiendo probado los spas de los hoteles hermanos Banyan Tree y Angsana, las técnicas eran profesionales, dedicadas y con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Visité el spa cuatro veces durante mis siete días y ocho noches, y aún quería más. No tengo palabras para expresar mi admiración. La verdad es que soy una persona muy exigente y un poco maniática de la limpieza. En los últimos veinte años, me he alojado en varios hoteles de cinco estrellas en islas de diferentes continentes. Estoy realmente agradecida por este viaje, porque fue una decisión de último momento; reservé y pagué en septiembre. Después de la visita, mi ansiedad inicial se transformó en gratitud y satisfacción. Tengo que decir que soy fan de Banyan Tree. Espero probar otros hoteles Banyan Tree en China este año.

This is so far the best ever resort I've had the pleasure to stay at. From exclusive and delicious food, to a delightful Spa, this resort has everything you need or want. The restaurants: Moomba, Rice Bowl, Rice Bar and Saffron, offer a wonderful selection of dishes suitable for lovers of meat and fish, and also suitable for vegans as well. The pool is incredible and has a nice little bar. The staff members are beyond friendly and caring. They remember your names, they always ask about your stay and they pay close attention to all of your needs. Especially, I'd love to mention Hien, who was very kind and caring, Linh, a wonderful lady, making sure we had no issues during the stay, and Trinh, who was a joy to talk to when we visited the golf facility. Overall, it was our second time there and we'd definitely go back!

Excellente homestay un peu vintage et charmante en bord de mer. La propriétaire est très sympathique et parle anglais. Elle est de bon conseil pour indiquer les restaurants ouverts dans la zone. La chambre est grande, haute de plafond, et très propre, on y respire très bien un air pur venu du large. On vit ici une vie de village sur une jolie plage et un très bel estuaire. On devine que la houle cyclonique a fait de gros dégâts et les restaurants du bord de mer ont souffert. Celui que nous avons choisi propose des fruits de mer frais du vivier, excellent ! Ne ratez pas non plus le café au bord de l’estuaire tenu par un couple sympathique. Venir ici et soutenir ces villageois très chaleureux qui vous saluent dans la rue, c’est s’engager pour un tourisme communautaire intelligent.

Хочется отметить отличную работу персонала, впрочем как и везде в отелях Вьетнама. Забота, доброжелательность и готовность помочь в любом вопросе. Это отношение зачастую сглаживает те огрехи, что есть в номерах. При бронировании: обратите внимание, что номера в этой гостинице разные, мы останавливались в большом с широкой кроватью, но есть и маленькие без окон. Завтрак шведский стол и для такой цены очень даже разнообразен и вкусен, особенно омлет с сыром и помидорами. Отель не даром имеет ”Spa” в своем наименовании отличный массаж и мытьё головы, которое скорее массаж головы, лица, а уж потом мытьё, в общем рекомендую!

Nos encerramos, se levantó en su bug, olvidamos algo, se levantó en su bug; tenía un desayuno de cocina con carne de búfalo, con fruta de dragón listo en 6.45am y un taxi. Volvemos el 1 de abril para ver las tumbas y pagodas que hemos perdido.
