Hoteles de 2 estrellas en Hue

The rooms are clean. very responsive customer service through WhatsApp. Upon arrival, they provided complementary traditional Hue rice cakes which are delicious I wish know the place to get more. The location is next to the Citadel so it’s convenient. the only thing is we need to re-enter passcodes to get in and out but it’s a minor thing. I would stay there again !

Me gusto mucho el lugar; reserve un cuarto pequeño por 7 noches, el dueño al ver que me iba a quedar toda una semana me dijo que me iba a dar la habitacion familiar con balcon, me dijo que queria que mi estadia fuera lo mas comoda posible ya que normalmente la gente solo se queda un par de noches a lo mucho; se lo agradezco muchisimo, la habitacion y el lugar genial, tienen ascensor, scooters para la rena, limpieza todos los dias, con toallas limpias todos los dias, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, y el personal genial, que manera de recibir a la gente, la pase estupendo y por su puesto lo recomiendo 100%. Pura Vida!!

El personal era tan amable que me sentí abrumado, pero aun así estuvo bien. La habitación parecía haber sido renovada, y la terraza estaba limpia y tenía un ambiente agradable. Lo único que me decepcionó fue que estaba en un callejón, así que pensé que sería tranquilo, pero era un poco más ruidoso de lo esperado, empezando por el canto de los gallos por la mañana. Por lo demás, todo estuvo genial.

El personal es encantador, ¡la mujer de recepción fue de gran ayuda! Las habitaciones son agradables, el baño es un poco pequeño, ¡pero por ese precio está bien! Además, las habitaciones son un poco ruidosas si hay huéspedes ruidosos (niños, etc.). Pero una estancia muy agradable para unos días. El hotel está al final de una pequeña calle. Hue es precioso. Por cierto, no nos gustó que hubiera bebidas en el minibar sin que se mencionara nada al hacer el check-in. Cuando hicimos el check-out nos preguntaron si habíamos tomado alguna y nos las cobraron... Hubiera estado bien saberlo al llegar.

位置鬧中取靜，環境看圖就知道了，民宿主人我猜是設計師，因為我下午看到有人在民宿做建築模型，開的是馬自達SUV，應該是很有錢了，再次誇一下這個環境，有點枯山水的意思，夏日潺潺，山中獨坐，美哭了。如果非要説缺點，那就是床位房沒有鎖，但這個價格了，那是我的問題不是房間的問題，他家也有大床房，我覺得還是非常可以的。

Un hotel nuevo y sencillo en el corazón de Hue. No está tratando de ser nada que no sea. Ordena el desayuno el día antes, pero se hace fresco por la mañana, hay una buena selección para elegir. La piscina en el sexto piso (aunque lo encontramos un poco pesado en la cloro), todo a precio, este hotel es un gran pequeño hotel.

The hostel was clean and the rooms were very well designed. The staff was friendly. The location was in the middle of the touristy area so it can be kinda loud around. We had a bad experience with doing laundry in the place though, we're backpacking and going around Vietnam on our motorcycle, and we needed to have almost all of our stuff washed as we've been on the road for a while, the rate was 80k for 5kg, we sent in 5.4 kg and got charged 100k, while getting dressed for adventure next morning we found out that all clothes that had a stain on them had the same exact stains and even more stains from detergent (one of the jackets had a sticker on it, and when we got it back it still had the sticker so idk if it was even washed), we sent them back again, got them back later and they were still very unclean and had the same stains on them, I talked to the staff but my issue was not resolved and I had to do laundry again in the next city. It was kinda wasteful for our time and money tbh, but otherwise the place was nice.

Me alojé en una habitación individual, que estaba muy limpia y tenía ducha de agua caliente. En general, fue una estancia estupenda. Lee fue increíblemente atento y me dio consejos útiles sobre todo lo que necesitaba. El resto del personal también fue amable y servicial. Un empleado incluso me metió la bicicleta dentro del hotel por la noche para mayor seguridad, lo cual agradecí mucho. El hotel ofrece una variedad de servicios. Utilicé el servicio de lavandería, que fue excelente, y reservé un autobús de enlace a Hoi An; todo salió a la perfección. El único inconveniente fue el ruido. Estaban realizando reformas y las obras empezaban a las 7:30 de la mañana, incluso los domingos, lo cual resultaba bastante molesto. Espero que las reformas terminen pronto.

Spent 3 days at Leranda, we arrived early and left pretty late due to our flight but the host helped us to look out for our luggage. The whole stay was amazing, we felt like home staying here. Location is right in the Pedestrian street, however it stays apart from all the noise which makes it a hidden gem for solo travelers. Breakfast was so amazing, we did not skip a meal here. The homestay also offers bike renting, it’s a little pricey comparing to other places but considering the convenience and the bike’s condition, it’s acceptable for us. Would definitely choosing Leranda again if we come back to Hue next time!

We booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems. 1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before. 2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online. 3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view. The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.
