Esta no es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel. Como siempre, el servicio es excelente. Pedí elegir una habitación, fui a verla y elegí la que más me gustó. Todo está limpio y ordenado por la mañana, y traen agua. La vista es preciosa. Me gustaron los desayunos. Las cenas han empeorado; la selección es más pequeña y bastante pobre para esta categoría de hotel. Me gustó mucho el spa; el personal, especialmente los que no hablan ruso, es muy amable (la chica kazaja es un poco *********, lo que deja un mal sabor de boca). También es agradable tumbarse junto a la piscina. Hay una cómoda tumbona en el balcón. Y esta vez, tenían albornoces nuevos, suaves y extragrandes. Por alguna razón, no había gorro de ducha ni cepillo de dientes con pasta dentífrica; a veces los tienen, a veces no. Fue muy agradable recibir un detalle del hotel: un plato de fruta y una botella de vino. Muchas gracias, sin duda volveré. Es bueno que el personal responda muy rápido a las peticiones. Muchos hablantes de ruso.

Ubicación increíble, servicios excelentes, limpieza impecable y, además, un personal muy amable y profesional. Como viajera sola, me sentí muy segura y confiable. Disfruté mi viaje al máximo. ✨️

Kwam aan kreeg kamer in bijgebouw terwijl ik gereserveerd had in hoofdgebouw moest ik 30 euro per nacht bij betalen ! Oplichterij na overleg 15 euro per nacht ..dus moest 210 extra betalen. Hoorde dat ze bij andere 40 per nacht vroegen.. Ook vond ik het t****e nadeel de schoonmaak van de kamer was niet top Ik heb na 6 dagen aan de schoonmaak gevraagd of ze mijn vloer kunnen doen want lag al 6 dagen vuil op de grond. Het eten is perfect..net als de zwembaden en het strand Kom hier voor de vierde keer maar dit jaar is het personeel bijna allemaal niet vriendelijk..erg jammer ook geen fooi dan.

Its in Konyaalti town, 15-20 mins by taxi, 35-40 mins by bus. Taxi from hotel to old town Antalya cost 450 Turkish Lira. I dunno about bus. Cleanliness is always maintained, can't fault it. We had the all inclusive package, plenty choices of food too. Amenities we didn't explore as we go out most of the time. But to use the spa you need to pay. We enjoyed 😉 our stay even just for a short period of time. Next time we visit again in Antalya, we will definitely stay on this hotel and longer than before.

Otel kafa dinlemelik bir ortamdı daha çok 40 yaş üzeri  ve aile misafleri ağırlıklıydı yemekler çok lezzetliydi çalışanlar aşırı ilgili ve kibarlardı gençlerin bu otelden çok verim alcağını düşünmüyorum nezih bir oteldi beğendim ( kafa dinlemelik ) çalışanların hepsine çok teşekkür ederim onlar işlerini çok iyi yapıyorlardı 🥰

This was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks. The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily. It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

В описании отеля были бильярд, боулинг. По факту этого нет. Очень расстроил этот факт, так как выбрали отель именно ради этих развлечений. Зимой не так много активностей, половина отеля не работает. Понравилась еда, крытый бассейн, спа, сервис и внимательный персонал. Завтраки просто вкуснейшие. Спасибо повару!

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nur teilweise unseren Erwartungen. Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe einer stark befahrenen Straße. Obwohl wir im 20. Stock untergebracht waren, war der Verkehrslärm deutlich hörbar. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster und des Gebäudes insgesamt war schlecht. Auch die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Das Badezimmer war nicht ausreichend gereinigt, mit sichtbaren Kalkablagerungen und Schimmel in mehreren Bereichen. Das ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht akzeptabel. Das Frühstücksangebot war zudem sehr begrenzt. Es gab nur eine kleine Auswahl an Speisen, und insbesondere für Gäste mit besonderen Ernährungsbedürfnissen fehlten geeignete Optionen. Es waren kaum bzw. keine laktosefreien oder internationalen Frühstücksangebote vorhanden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Bett, das sehr bequem war und für einen angenehmen Schlafkomfort gesorgt hat. Insgesamt waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt enttäuscht. Das komfortable Bett konnte die Mängel bei Lärm, Sauberkeit und Frühstück leider nicht ausgleichen. Daher würden wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
