Ubicación increíble, servicios excelentes, limpieza impecable y, además, un personal muy amable y profesional. Como viajera sola, me sentí muy segura y confiable. Disfruté mi viaje al máximo. ✨️

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

La ubicación es relativamente remota. La habitación está limpia. El balcón puede ver el mar a lo lejos (al menos el mío). El desayuno está bien. Se tarda entre 40 y 50 minutos en llegar a la ciudad. 5 minutos caminando y esperando el autobús). El personal es muy amable. Hay algunos perros salvajes residentes en la entrada del hotel. Espero que el hotel pueda lidiar con eso. La mayor parte del tiempo se acuestan, pero una vez me rugieron.

This was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks. The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily. It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel, allerdings merkt man den Wartungs und Reparaturstau. Ein Problem war wie so oft das Bad und das Tempo der Aufzüge. Der Service war gut und bemüht alle Gäste schnell zufrieden zu stellen. Sehr schön war der Ausblick auf Meer und Berge. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Das All Inklusive Angebot war umfangreich und qualitativ auf sehr gutem Niveau. Eine schöne Urlaubswoche. Abendunterhaltung mit Livemusik, schöne Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen auch ohne Handtuchkampf. Leistungen außerhalb des All Inkl. Angebotes waren etwas überteuert. Zusammengefasst lässt sich sagen, das wir das Hotel empfehlen können. Den freien Eintritt und das Angebot ins Land of Legend haben wir nicht genutzt dazu kann ich leider nichts schreiben.

Its in Konyaalti town, 15-20 mins by taxi, 35-40 mins by bus. Taxi from hotel to old town Antalya cost 450 Turkish Lira. I dunno about bus. Cleanliness is always maintained, can't fault it. We had the all inclusive package, plenty choices of food too. Amenities we didn't explore as we go out most of the time. But to use the spa you need to pay. We enjoyed 😉 our stay even just for a short period of time. Next time we visit again in Antalya, we will definitely stay on this hotel and longer than before.

Kwam aan kreeg kamer in bijgebouw terwijl ik gereserveerd had in hoofdgebouw moest ik 30 euro per nacht bij betalen ! Oplichterij na overleg 15 euro per nacht ..dus moest 210 extra betalen. Hoorde dat ze bij andere 40 per nacht vroegen.. Ook vond ik het t****e nadeel de schoonmaak van de kamer was niet top Ik heb na 6 dagen aan de schoonmaak gevraagd of ze mijn vloer kunnen doen want lag al 6 dagen vuil op de grond. Het eten is perfect..net als de zwembaden en het strand Kom hier voor de vierde keer maar dit jaar is het personeel bijna allemaal niet vriendelijk..erg jammer ook geen fooi dan.

Recientemente tuve el placer de hospedarme en el Hotel Renex, y superó todas mis expectativas. Convenientemente ubicado a solo 12 minutos del aeropuerto, este hotel completamente nuevo cuenta con un edificio moderno. Uno de los mejores momentos de mi estancia fue el hammam turco, que me brindó una combinación perfecta de relajación y rejuvenecimiento. El personal del hotel fue increíblemente amable y atento. La limpieza del hotel era impecable; todo se sentía fresco y reluciente. Además, el desayuno que ofrecían era de alta calidad, con una variada selección de opciones deliciosas y frescas para empezar bien el día. En resumen, mi experiencia en el Hotel Renex fue fantástica, y lo recomiendo ampliamente a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda y placentera.
