¿Cómo puede un hotel sin integridad operar legalmente? El 20 de noviembre de 2024, reservé una estancia de 3 noches en Casamax Suites (del 21 al 24 de abril de 2025) y pagué el importe total de 420,66 SGD ese mismo día. Llegamos a Casamax Suites sobre las 21:00 del 21 de abril de 2025 y procedimos a registrarnos. - Tras presentar nuestros pasaportes y la confirmación de la reserva al registrarnos, el personal de recepción nos notificó que Trip.com había cancelado nuestra reserva. - Nos quedamos en shock: ¿cómo era posible? No había recibido ninguna notificación de cancelación de Trip.com. Para confirmarlo, revisé todos los datos de mi reserva con el personal de recepción (fecha de reserva, fecha de pago, número de reserva, etc.). Sin embargo, el personal seguía insistiendo en que Trip.com había cancelado nuestra reserva. - Después de un viaje tan largo, simplemente necesitábamos una solución que nos permitiera registrarnos y descansar. El personal de recepción nos exigió 300 € antes de permitirnos registrarnos solo una noche. Como ya era tarde, aceptamos a regañadientes pagar un depósito de 300 € para registrarnos primero, con la intención de resolver el problema con Trip.com por la mañana. Entonces presenté mi tarjeta de crédito en recepción para el pago del depósito. Sorprendentemente, el hotel rechazó los pagos con tarjeta de crédito. El personal exigió 300 € SOLO EN EFECTIVO. Les informé de que era imposible llevar 300 € en efectivo, ya que habíamos pagado por adelantado el viaje completo. A pesar de nuestra explicación, el personal se negó a permitirnos registrarnos a menos que entregáramos 300 € en efectivo. El personal sugirió usar el cajero automático de la entrada del hotel para retirar efectivo con mi tarjeta de crédito. Esta EXIGENCIA DE SOLO EFECTIVO plantea serias preocupaciones. Nos horrorizó la conducta poco profesional del personal y su insistencia infundada en pagar en efectivo. Solicité formalmente por escrito la verificación de la supuesta cancelación por parte de Trip.com, presentando mi recibo de pago como prueba de la validez de la reserva. - Solo después de que los recusé, el personal cedió y se ofreció a registrarnos ”excepcionalmente” sin pago. - Al día siguiente, escalé el asunto a Trip.com y me indicaron explícitamente que mi reserva nunca se canceló. - Para evitar más interrupciones en nuestros viajes, decidimos aplazar el asunto temporalmente. A pesar de nuestra decisión de priorizar nuestro viaje, la mala conducta del hotel debe abordarse para evitar que futuros huéspedes tengan experiencias similares. Mientras tanto, exigimos encarecidamente que el hotel proporcione una explicación razonable de lo sucedido esa noche.

Akra Hotel in Antalya absolutely exceeded my expectations. The ocean views are stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Everything from the breakfast buffet to the room design feels five-star. Perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and coastal vibes , I can’t wait to come back!

When we arrived after a long drive on 2 May 2025, the reception staff brought us coffee and were very pleasant. They also helped us bring our luggage to our room. But there were no explanations on the WiFi, or getting around the hotel, or any other information. We needed to call down for shower gel because our bottle in the hotel room (403) was near empty, and the vanity mirror’s light was also not working, which seemed to suggest that it had been some time since anyone had been inside/ checked the room. The most disappointing was when we hung the “please make up the room” sign on the door when we left at 8am, arrived back at 10pm, and the room hadn’t been tidied or refreshed at all. This was on 3 May 2025.  Pros:  - The room layout was great (at least for our room, which was sea-facing) and the overall location of the hotel, and the privacy and quiet it affords is fantastic. But it’s a pretty hefty price tag. - They were also able to give us a late check-out which was much appreciated. The restaurant menu is a little limited in options but very delicious (we had the pasta).  Cons:  - If you’re going on tours and leaving early in the morning, ensure you buy your own breakfast the night before as the breakfast service in the hotel doesn’t start til 8am.  - WiFi was poor in the room and often dropped. Perhaps a signal booster would help.

Facilities all great, clean and maintained well - spa has a relaxed vibe and sauna/steam room worked perfectly - I suggest keeping it open till later however. Gym has top tier machines/equipment and is open 24/7. Cliff side swimming area was the highlight of our stay. We chose the ‘standard king room’, and although I see a lot of reviews saying the room size was small, I disagree - the room size was slightly small but similar to most basic room options from hotels I have stayed in. Smart TV, was very big - perfect for when it was too hot outside and needed a break. Room amenities such as shampoo, body soap, lotion, etc. felt high quality. Breakfast tasty, and 30euro might seem expensive but I do think it’s worth it for what they offer. What did bother me however, was being asked to pay for breakfast (twice) whilst still eating, on top of that, when I asked for the price before we ate, the staff didn’t seem to know what the price was - not professional at all. Pool towels have to be taken from downstairs in the spa and not by the pool which I thought was unusual and tedious. When we asked the pool-bar staff where to get towels, again, no idea and seemed clueless, we had to ask a different member of staff at the very bottom by the cliffside to get an answer. No bringing food/drink from outside - the hotel felt like you were being watched all the time, making sure you don’t break their ridiculous rule! I tried refilling my complementary bottle from the water dispenser downstairs, but I was told this was not allowed… seems like a way for you to instead pay for their glass bottled water. Never experience this from any hotel in my life. Overall, a hotel with exceptional facilities and amenities ruined by an unfriendly atmosphere and unusual hotel rules. Sadly, this made us feel unwelcome at times and I probably would not stay here again.

The good: Nice heated pool, good looking hotel and buildings.Generally friendly phillipine staff. All-inclusive included all types of drinks, alchohol and softdrinks. On my birthday baloons and wine were at the room. The not so impressive: Im general much was ok - but the soul and vibe was not - they have much to learn if theybwant to provide a 5 star experience. Staff in general: Poor English, mostly Russians and Russian or Turkish speaking staff. Speed talker received us and seemed to want to conclude his hotel introductions in 20 seconds. The staff were cold and only seemed to say hello out of duty. Buffet was not nice with food at average level and often the fork which everyone touched would lie on top of the food. A 4 day plus stay = 1 ala carde restaurant booking - however nearly impossible to book since only 5 of 5 could be chosen. The Russians seemed to enjoy it so probably catering to their likes and language. We will probably look elsewhere next time.

A very nice place in the middle of a busy zone in Antalya. The location is conveniently close to the airport. We took the tram to get there and it was pretty easy to arrive. Breakfast is amazingly delicious and they offer a very nice variety of of Turkish foods. I need to mention Ayinur, a wonderful person we met here at the restaurant of the hotel and part of the service. She adds value to the experience with her kindness and service. The reception staff are respectful and helpful. It’s clean and peaceful.

Отель неплох для остановки перед ранним вылетом из-за своей относительной близости к аэропорту. Вызывала Яндекс -такси , оплата картой 1200 рублей . В отеле уточняла стоимость- 600 лир . Номер чистый , все как на фото , есть два бассейна . У меня были оплачены сутки по системе все включено, но в первый день я на обед не попала , перекусила гёзлеме с чаем и сразу же на последний в 16.00 трансфер на пляж . Море не очень чистое , как и лежаки с зонтиками и сама территория пляжа , которая вроде бы прикреплена к отелю. Искупалась , чтобы отметиться и обратно пошла пешком , но это неблизко , порядка 3 км . Ужин обычный , порадовали фрукты . По приезде попросила ланч-бокс в связи с ранним выездом , он так и не был готов , когда уже пришло такси , принесли батон и внутри немного колбаски , никаких напитков и даже воды- вот это позор!

El City Live Hotel está en frente del gran centro comercial Terracity, super para una noche y un centro comercial en Antalya. El taxi está en frente y junto al hotel hay un restaurante, un centro de cambio está situado en la calle. El desayuno es en forma de bufete y en verano se puede llegar incluso a la piscina y al sol. El personal es amable y útil. En la habitación hay un sofá y espacio suficiente para 3 personas, ya que hay una cama sola y una cama doble. Las ventanas son simplemente flexibles y no hay balcón excepto en la suite junior. Sin embargo, se puede reservar una habitación para fumadores. El aire acondicionado también está en la habitación y las camas y los cojines son cómodos. Lo que fue difícil fue que usted tiene que esperar mucho tiempo para los ascensores, aunque hay dos. Este hotel es ideal para un viaje corto, se recomienda si no tienes grandes ideas y lo deseas limpio y cómodo y sólo para comprar en Antalya.
