Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Antalya

¿Cómo puede un hotel sin integridad operar legalmente? El 20 de noviembre de 2024, reservé una estancia de 3 noches en Casamax Suites (del 21 al 24 de abril de 2025) y pagué el importe total de 420,66 SGD ese mismo día. Llegamos a Casamax Suites sobre las 21:00 del 21 de abril de 2025 y procedimos a registrarnos. - Tras presentar nuestros pasaportes y la confirmación de la reserva al registrarnos, el personal de recepción nos notificó que Trip.com había cancelado nuestra reserva. - Nos quedamos en shock: ¿cómo era posible? No había recibido ninguna notificación de cancelación de Trip.com. Para confirmarlo, revisé todos los datos de mi reserva con el personal de recepción (fecha de reserva, fecha de pago, número de reserva, etc.). Sin embargo, el personal seguía insistiendo en que Trip.com había cancelado nuestra reserva. - Después de un viaje tan largo, simplemente necesitábamos una solución que nos permitiera registrarnos y descansar. El personal de recepción nos exigió 300 € antes de permitirnos registrarnos solo una noche. Como ya era tarde, aceptamos a regañadientes pagar un depósito de 300 € para registrarnos primero, con la intención de resolver el problema con Trip.com por la mañana. Entonces presenté mi tarjeta de crédito en recepción para el pago del depósito. Sorprendentemente, el hotel rechazó los pagos con tarjeta de crédito. El personal exigió 300 € SOLO EN EFECTIVO. Les informé de que era imposible llevar 300 € en efectivo, ya que habíamos pagado por adelantado el viaje completo. A pesar de nuestra explicación, el personal se negó a permitirnos registrarnos a menos que entregáramos 300 € en efectivo. El personal sugirió usar el cajero automático de la entrada del hotel para retirar efectivo con mi tarjeta de crédito. Esta EXIGENCIA DE SOLO EFECTIVO plantea serias preocupaciones. Nos horrorizó la conducta poco profesional del personal y su insistencia infundada en pagar en efectivo. Solicité formalmente por escrito la verificación de la supuesta cancelación por parte de Trip.com, presentando mi recibo de pago como prueba de la validez de la reserva. - Solo después de que los recusé, el personal cedió y se ofreció a registrarnos ”excepcionalmente” sin pago. - Al día siguiente, escalé el asunto a Trip.com y me indicaron explícitamente que mi reserva nunca se canceló. - Para evitar más interrupciones en nuestros viajes, decidimos aplazar el asunto temporalmente. A pesar de nuestra decisión de priorizar nuestro viaje, la mala conducta del hotel debe abordarse para evitar que futuros huéspedes tengan experiencias similares. Mientras tanto, exigimos encarecidamente que el hotel proporcione una explicación razonable de lo sucedido esa noche.

Отличное расположение, пара минут до набережной! Тихий, спокойный район. Интерьер приятный, современный, всё необходимое есть. Единственное пожелание к отелю обратить внимание на постельное белье (уже требует полной замены), отремонтировать замок двери ванной, отрегулировать напор и температуру воды в душе.

El hotel no es grande, pero la ubicación es mejor, a 100 metros de la puerta de Hardyang, también se puede comer y comer a la calle. La habitación del hotel es grande, tenemos dos habitaciones con cocina abierta y sala de estar, pero el baño es pequeño y nadie viene a limpiar durante su estadía. El hotel tiene un gran atractivo para presentar las atracciones locales en inglés y sugerir un viaje.

Akra Hotel in Antalya absolutely exceeded my expectations. The ocean views are stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Everything from the breakfast buffet to the room design feels five-star. Perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and coastal vibes , I can’t wait to come back!

When we arrived after a long drive on 2 May 2025, the reception staff brought us coffee and were very pleasant. They also helped us bring our luggage to our room. But there were no explanations on the WiFi, or getting around the hotel, or any other information. We needed to call down for shower gel because our bottle in the hotel room (403) was near empty, and the vanity mirror’s light was also not working, which seemed to suggest that it had been some time since anyone had been inside/ checked the room. The most disappointing was when we hung the “please make up the room” sign on the door when we left at 8am, arrived back at 10pm, and the room hadn’t been tidied or refreshed at all. This was on 3 May 2025.  Pros:  - The room layout was great (at least for our room, which was sea-facing) and the overall location of the hotel, and the privacy and quiet it affords is fantastic. But it’s a pretty hefty price tag. - They were also able to give us a late check-out which was much appreciated. The restaurant menu is a little limited in options but very delicious (we had the pasta).  Cons:  - If you’re going on tours and leaving early in the morning, ensure you buy your own breakfast the night before as the breakfast service in the hotel doesn’t start til 8am.  - WiFi was poor in the room and often dropped. Perhaps a signal booster would help.

The hotel is really good. Location is very convenient, incredibly nice service, the food was absolutely phenomenal, please if you have the chance talk to aynur, very sweet woman. Only thing that could be missing is the lack of toiletries.

The good: Nice heated pool, good looking hotel and buildings.Generally friendly phillipine staff. All-inclusive included all types of drinks, alchohol and softdrinks. On my birthday baloons and wine were at the room. The not so impressive: Im general much was ok - but the soul and vibe was not - they have much to learn if theybwant to provide a 5 star experience. Staff in general: Poor English, mostly Russians and Russian or Turkish speaking staff. Speed talker received us and seemed to want to conclude his hotel introductions in 20 seconds. The staff were cold and only seemed to say hello out of duty. Buffet was not nice with food at average level and often the fork which everyone touched would lie on top of the food. A 4 day plus stay = 1 ala carde restaurant booking - however nearly impossible to book since only 5 of 5 could be chosen. The Russians seemed to enjoy it so probably catering to their likes and language. We will probably look elsewhere next time.

Me gustaría recomendar este hotel a todos. El hotel tiene 2 piscinas rodeadas de verdes (creo que por eso se llama el hotel Lara Garden Hotel). Me quedé durante 10 días en una base All-Inclusive, y debo decir especialmente que su desayuno turco era muy bonito. Siempre había una amplia gama de selección de queso disponible y me gustaba realmente cada mañana. Todos los receptores fueron muy amables, amables y útiles. El hotel ofrece servicios de transporte gratuitos a sus huéspedes, donde se pueden utilizar salas de sol y sombras. No obstante, si quieres comer y beber algo en la playa, tienes que comprarlos de ese café de playa. Sé que algunas personas se quejaron de que era muy ruido en el hotel debido a la ruta de los aviones – justo por encima de su cabeza que están volando poco después de la salida del aeropuerto. Sin embargo, personalmente me disfruté de ver mucho el lado inferior de la aeronave. Desde que me encanta viajar por el aire, reconocí esta vez lo hermosos que son algunos cuerpos de aeronaves!

Everything was OK, but i got breakfast included in my package, and breakfast time was 7.30 AM to 10.30 AM. we went 9.30 no bread there no cakes when I asked they said finished also most of Staff not understand English. One other thing bad, they put fizzy drinks into room but didn't mention its charge able but we we check out that guy on receptionist he doesn't speak properly English which i could not understand him then he said to me you need to pay that much money for drinks i thought those were free bit argument because of misunderstanding which they are doing wrong either they shouldn't put drinks into fridge or should tell to customers straightforward. I think this is the wrong idea to make money that way. Also, there's a spa that includes hotel booking like sauna steam room, swimming pool there's some guys from hotel they miss guides for massage centre and charges 1800 Turkish lira for massage that free things they includes their time to robbed the customer that's no nice aswell I suggest to everyone don't go to massage from them just wasting money no professional people.

Para visitar los puntos de venta, pase la noche antes de dirigirse al aeropuerto. ¡Genial! ! El restaurante, a excepción del desayuno (perdido debido a la salida anticipada), no funciona. Solo café. En general, todo está bien
