El hotel tiene esta cool, elegante vibe, y todo se siente muy limpio las habitaciones también son muy cómodas. Pero lo que realmente hizo nuestro viaje fue el servicio. El personal del restaurante, el servicio de la mesa, el servicio de la casa y el servicio de la habitación fueron tan bienvenidos y amables, y su auténtica actitud proactiva acaba de calentar nuestros corazones. We knew the service would be good as soon as we booked, and within hours we received a welcome email, listing the ways we could contact them if we needed to. On the pick up at the airport, they were speedy and efficient and the taxi ride only took us 20 minutes with traffic. As we walked through the door we were blown away by the interior decoration, only then to find that hotel had been a former palace! Historic artifacts and pictures were strewn through the hallways and the outside only matched the royal feel with perfection. We stayed in the royal suite, with a big bed and balcony. The staff were great, the breakfast was standard for off peak times and although the location isn't in the depth of Thamel, the area most will go out for eating and drinking, it was within 30 minutes drive of most landmarks and as it was the ambassedy/ office worker area, there was a nice vibe. There were some things that can't be controlled. The hotel did a good job of providing heat as the weather in February is still chilly. The pollution was real. Especially as you walk nearer the streets, something to think about if you are sensitive to this. Apart from that, It was all really wonderful. Con el aire acondicionado encendido, el ruido de la ventilación es extremadamente fuerte y molesto. 2. Tras mucha negociación con recepción, conseguí cambiar de habitación, pero la tapa del inodoro se cayó dentro. ¡Además, había zonas del suelo que no estaban bien limpias! He hablado de estos problemas con el hotel. Finalmente, volví a contactar con el hotel esperando una compensación, pero me respondieron que no habría ninguna, solo un reembolso y un cambio de hotel. ¡A más de 1400 yuanes la noche, simplemente no merece la pena!

El hotel estaba dentro de lo esperado. Muy limpio, buen servicio, piscina agradable. La única pega es que en el baño al ducharte salía agua por debajo de la bañera y se inundaba. El servicio de habitaciones muy bueno. Nos pidieron un taxi a muy buen precio para ir al aeropuerto. No comimos en el hotel no puedo valorar la comida. La zona es tranquila pero lejos de las principales atracciones. Ideal para descansar después del treking.

I stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard. One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.

Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

Our stay at Gokarna was underwhelming. We had selected it based on their website that included a description of biking but when we arrived, there was no organized biking activities. The rooms were fine but a bit overpriced (although the beds were very comfortable). The food was unremarkable and expensive by local standards. Breakfast was not even set up when we went at 7AM. The pool was on the cold side and then charged 1800 rupees extra to use the sad little jacuzzi in the change room. There was a very noisy wedding on site the night we were there that kept us up. It can be challenging to get a taxi to the location. The golf course is beautiful though.
