En nuestra tercera estancia, descubrimos que se estaban aprovechando de nosotros. La recepcionista alta del número 9 no nos asignó la habitación de la foto. La reservé por la vista de la pagoda desde la ventana, pero nos dio una habitación en la planta baja, con vistas a la sombra. Cuando discutí con ella, dijo que todas las habitaciones estaban ocupadas. Estábamos demasiado cansados ​​para discutir mucho, así que nos quedamos de todos modos. Esa noche, le pedí dos veces que llamara un taxi para las 6 de la mañana siguiente, pidiendo específicamente uno más grande porque llevábamos mucho equipaje. Aceptó de inmediato y también le pidió que preparara el desayuno. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos a tiempo al día siguiente, el recepcionista dijo que nadie le había dicho que llamara un taxi y que tuvo que pedir uno en el acto, por no mencionar que solo había desayunado dos veces. El hotel tiene un entorno precioso, buen servicio y una ubicación privilegiada. Está muy cerca de la estupa Boudhanath. El único inconveniente es que no es fácil de encontrar. El restaurante y el té de la tarde del hotel también son deliciosos, y el precio es razonable. En general, es una experiencia muy buena. (Con suerte, incluso puedes encontrarte con un gatito(*^ω^*))

A fantastic hotel with beautiful architecture and wooden detailing. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Free yoga in the morning on the rooftop and a walking tour is provided upon request. The rooms are large with lots of light. The bathroom is functional with good water pressure. For winter, an electric blanket, portable heater and hot water bottles are supplied. Delicious and well priced breakfast. Amazing value for money.

Great place to stay if you’re in to luxury and antiquity. The building has a lot of history , and its features are well preserved. The rooms are clean and tight. Loved the freshness of diner and same counts for breakfast!  The Nepali local coffee in the French press was tasty. The staff is wonderful and well mannered ! A true delight to stay here !

Perfect for NYE celebration, the music concert is right outside. Next to the heart of thermal with lots of restaurants  The room is decent size, but some stains on beddings. The room is clean and quiet. Restaurant staff is excellent and super attentive. However front desk staff doesn’t know anything about where to go. When asked where to see sunset or if certain tourist spot is open or take credit cards or cash, they don’t know anything and was not helpful.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, 10-15 miniature to the Kathmandu International airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was well equipped, with a minibar and a good selection of complimentary snacks. The hotel also has a restaurant, and the in-room dining service was impressively fast. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. There were, however, a few minor issues. The body wash dispenser was empty when I checked in and had not been refilled. In addition, the key card frequently stopped working, so I had to visit the reception several times to have it reactivated. That said, I understand the hotel has only recently opened and is still finding its footing. With a few improvements, I believe it has great potential, and I hope these minor issues will be resolved in the future.

Encantador Hotel, muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo. Con tiendas, cafeteria y restaurant en el mismo sitio del hotel, lo que facilita mucho el encuentro con la familia y amigos. Excelente servicio en un hotel con historia.Muy recomendable

El hotel está situado en el centro de Tamel, y ofrece habitaciones y habitaciones comunes de estilo nacional. Un restaurante panorámico en el 7o piso - delicioso, diverso menú en el desayuno (el sistema de mesa sueco), el menú de restaurante también es diverso - también hay cocina local, y europeo. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!
