Hoteles con spa en Katmandú

Me alojé cinco noches en total, demasiado agotada por el viaje para cambiar de hotel, pero el hotel fue decepcionante en todo momento. Compré un pastel en el vestíbulo por un precio entre tres y cinco veces superior al de un pastel recién hecho en una tienda. Sabía como si llevara allí al menos una semana. Tras varios intentos fallidos de solucionar el problema con el restaurante, solo recibí una disculpa y una compensación después de contactar de nuevo con Ctrip. En el desayuno, me detuvieron en la puerta por un error del personal, y tras una segunda comprobación, ni siquiera se disculparon. Después de hacer el check-out, cené en el restaurante y pedí la misma pasta que había pedido antes, pero olía muchísimo a agua sucia o a trapo de cocina. Lo único positivo fue la actitud del personal; tanto Katmandú como el hotel en general fueron decepcionantes.

We knew the service would be good as soon as we booked, and within hours we received a welcome email, listing the ways we could contact them if we needed to. On the pick up at the airport, they were speedy and efficient and the taxi ride only took us 20 minutes with traffic. As we walked through the door we were blown away by the interior decoration, only then to find that hotel had been a former palace! Historic artifacts and pictures were strewn through the hallways and the outside only matched the royal feel with perfection. We stayed in the royal suite, with a big bed and balcony. The staff were great, the breakfast was standard for off peak times and although the location isn't in the depth of Thamel, the area most will go out for eating and drinking, it was within 30 minutes drive of most landmarks and as it was the ambassedy/ office worker area, there was a nice vibe. There were some things that can't be controlled. The hotel did a good job of providing heat as the weather in February is still chilly. The pollution was real. Especially as you walk nearer the streets, something to think about if you are sensitive to this. Apart from that, It was all really wonderful. Si lo pedías en recepción te daban toallas nuevas así que no había problema. Había una casa de cambio en el camino al hotel y el precio no estaba nada mal. Estaba muy limpio y era barato, ¡y definitivamente me quedaría aquí nuevamente si me quedara en Katmandú!

En general, una buena estancia con un servicio excelente. El hotel es bastante bueno en general. Ofrece buenas instalaciones como gimnasio, sauna, baño de vapor y piscina infinita. Lamentablemente, no pude nadar durante mi estancia porque la piscina estaba muy llena de niños ruidosos en ese momento. Lo que más me impresionó fue el personal: fueron extremadamente serviciales y amables. Su hospitalidad fue realmente excepcional e hizo que la estancia fuera aún más agradable.

Hotel Lo Mustang is located in Thamel And its unique selling point has to be its location as it is very close to all of the shops bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and the WiFi is very strong

The room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it. Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out. At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service! Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on. I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw! Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return. As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?

酒店服務非常專業，早餐豐富，前台服務熱情周到。説要水，很快就送來了。而且酒店裡面有電吹風，洗澡熱水非常舒適。 很多中國人到其他地方找中餐吃，結果發現最正宗的中餐在酒店樓上九層。而且這裏的巧克力布朗尼，非常正宗。原本應該是和冰淇淋一起吃，我提出來要吃熱的，酒店立即做了熱呼呼的冰激凌。酒店旁邊有個加德滿都最大的農貿市場，6個大蘋果，衹要不到20元人民幣。這裏什麼蔬菜水果都能買到。 因為加德滿都經常堵車，如果銜接航班，酒店離機場很近，這又是一大優勢。

Encantador Hotel, muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo. Con tiendas, cafeteria y restaurant en el mismo sitio del hotel, lo que facilita mucho el encuentro con la familia y amigos. Excelente servicio en un hotel con historia.Muy recomendable
