⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno indimenticabile a Mauritius Mauritius ci ha regalato emozioni che porteremo sempre con noi, ma ciò che ha reso questa vacanza davvero speciale è stata l'accoglienza e l'eccellenza dell'hotel. Camere eleganti e curate in ogni dettaglio, una cucina raffinata con sapori locali e internazionali, personale sempre sorridente e disponibile, spiagge da cartolina e un'atmosfera di assoluto relax. Ogni momento è stato pensato per farci sentire coccolati: dal servizio impeccabile alle esperienze offerte, tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative. Un luogo che consiglieremmo senza alcun dubbio a chi desidera vivere Mauritius con il massimo del comfort, del lusso e dell'autenticità. Grazie per aver reso il nostro viaggio semplicemente perfetto.

Rats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

La cocina puede cocinar, muy conveniente, el servicio muy intimido del director nos presenta en detalle la estancia adecuada, hay lavadora, piscina, hay supermercados cercanos, todos cocinamos nosotros mismos y es conveniente para conservar. Está cerca del zoológico de Casella y del remolque para ver los tsunamis.

La prioridad número uno compartida por cada miembro del personal de Salt es brindar un servicio de atención al cliente superior a sus huéspedes y garantizar que se satisfagan sus necesidades en un ambiente hermoso y relajante. El spa, Salt Equilibrium, es muy bonito! ¡Anju tiene una personalidad divertida, despreocupada y muy profesional y conocedora de la terapia de masajes! La comida era buena, pero mi amigo y yo estuvimos de acuerdo en que es un poco cara. ¡El desayuno se hace a pedido! Los croissants de chocolate y praliné eran mis favoritos… ¡oh! ¡Y chai latte! Los cócteles no eran nuestros favoritos porque creo que los camareros probablemente eran principiantes. Sin embargo, ¡tienen buenas selecciones de vinos! En general, nuestra experiencia fue excelente y definitivamente volveríamos a reservar este hotel nuevamente. Una recomendación sería disponer de transporte (moto o coche) para poder aventurarte a conocer otras zonas de la isla. Sin embargo, la recepción del hotel estará más que dispuesta a reservarle el transporte.

Feliz luna de miel. El personal es amable y el servicio excelente. La mejora gratuita de la habitación también fue genial. Muy recomendable.

En cuantos convenios. Instalaciones: tres restaurantes, dos piscinas, uno todavía cálido, el desayuno del restaurante principal es delicioso, es que no he cambiado nada de mi comida durante tres días. La cena flota en el restaurante es muy sensacional y el sabor es bueno. Es un poco frío (en este momento estoy en invierno) spa es bueno, vale la pena experimentar. No intenté golf ni disparar. Pero no hay nada que se pueda hacer. Higiene: Muy bien, puedo limpiar tu habitación dos veces al día, y te preguntaré si quieres limpiar la habitación y darle más agua a las 7:00. Bien. Medio ambiente: No es demasiado generoso. Servicio: Esto es muy bueno, mucho mejor que los hoteles de cinco estrellas en las ciudades insulares de China, probablemente el entusiasmo de los africanos. Si tienes que decir que el desventaja es que el hotel es bueno, es que el suelo es un poco viejo, el suelo de la habitación es muy grande, y te preocupas por despertar a tu compañero de noche.

Seemed like a new hotel with amazing service and very polite and courteous staff. Pricewise, the quality you get in this hotel surpasses many others that charge you twice as much. It's in a serene, quite, and beautiful area. Definitely a place to revisit!

Отличный отель, для любителей игры в гольф и системы всё включено. Потрясающая территория, красивая локация, вежливый персонал. В номере есть всё необходимое и даже больше: чай, кофемашина, сумка для пляжа, сланцы. Интерьер в стиле поместья хозяина плантации. Больше подходит тем, кто любит пассивный отдых в отеле, так как есть вся необходимая инфраструктура. Много ресторанов на территории, свой пляж, несколько бассейнов, гамаки. Нам понравилось. Единственное стоит отметить, что это не в городской черте, вокруг есть в пешей доступности только маленькая деревня 15 минут пешком.

Recomendaría este hotel. El personal y el desayuno es muy agradable para usted. Pasé una semana en un cuarto con piscina privada, era el mejor. El restaurante del hotel es muy bueno y el desayuno es muy completo, hay una opción. El spa y muy bien también Es una lástima que la sala de deportes no sea más visible.
